This is the worst service I have ever received at any Kotori. I waited over an hour for my food to arrive by the time the cook chose to put my food out my whole table was done eating for thirty minutes. When I asked for the bill after not receiving my food they still had the audacity to charge my husband for a roll I did not receive and tried giving it to me to come. I would understand if the place was busy, but since it was dead there was no excuse to not be able to cook for three tables two of which were already eating by the time we were seated. Avoid yourselves the disappointment and go eat elsewhere! (The only reason they're receiving 1 Star is because 0 is not an option)

Bad customer service came in and cashier was waiting for an order and still told me to wait even though she just stood Ithere . placed an order and they didn't even had it ready cashier assumed I was wanna wait let me hanging in the register .

I'm am allergic to anything realated with seafood, when I asked for my food I'm confident that the cook will not mixed it with any seafood flavor. Food is always delicious

Terrible service. Went during lunch. waited an hour and food was not ready, couldn't even take it to go. It was not busy, at all. Only 2 other tables had customers. Waitress would not give Supervisor/Owner info so I could make a complaint nor would Supervisor on shift come out. They had no water, plain tea, soda was flat AND no beef. Never again.

The Pho noddles soup is pretty good and staff are very polite and friendly

I went there for my One hour lunch break, it was only me and one family as customers and I sat there for 45 minutes waiting for my order that never came. Had to leave because I had to work. :(
