We love little Caesars but the location in Brawley youll always have something wrong unlike the el centro location they make their last batch like freaking dryed out pretzels sticks thin and way over baked. I know they didn't follow the directions of their recipe on how to cook the right portioning of their food for example the bread sticks they set the wrong time for the portioning of the thin bread sticks more like ✏️✏️ size. so I suggest if y'all trying to conserve food waste then set a side separate recipe or time schedule for less time cooking for last batch of the day or weight out the correct amount aside for each shift for the whole day and that will show where is the reteaining should be done correctly. Cause that's what my son who is only 3 yrs loves and would only eat breadstix if I would let him. So he's autistic and when he got of hold of those disappointed stix AGAIN and was delivered he didn't nothing for dinner and fell asleep crying. That right their has been a huge disappointment since we order at least 2x a week enough to last us 2 days. And I need up pay $38 + for each order x 2x a week so =$76 or more per week. I've tried to change up. Like Domino's or pizza hut but he don't like their breadstix but I think he does like the bread nots from Domino's so I might change to Domino's if y'all don't correct these problems asap.

THIS PLACE SKIMPS ON THE CHEESE. THEIR PRODUCT DOES NOT COME OUT CONSISTENT. EITHER ITS UNDER COOKED OR OVER COOKED. PRICES HAVE GONE WAY UP. THE BREAD STICKS ARE ALL AIR OR COMPLETELY FLAT. WHERE ARE THE BAGS OF CHEESE GOING BECAUSE ITS TO GOING TO THE CUSTOMERS FOOD.

Excellent service. Evelyn was friendly, helpful,.and prompt. Pizza was great! Brownies were soon good. Juan the Regional manager is professional, very efficient, and always addresses any concerns effectively. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile. Hard working members at this location.

Great environment and very well managed always clean
Food isn't bad but this is multiple times where I've ordered and picked up and labeling is correct but food is wrong. Last time got pepperoni puffs got home and they were cheese puffs. Lady says I have to come in now within hour and bring the wrong ones can't go tomorrow or anything. EC little Ceasars has better customer service. I'd be less annoyed if they were willing to work little more with me as customer, this happened before but I thought maybe they had a bad day or crazy customer before but same response multiple times idk
