worst experience ever... i work late at night and decided to get something thru drive thru, its about 1am n they tell me everything is closed and will not serve food. again this all took place in drive thru. if you guys are closed why does it sat open 24 hrs and if you dont want to serve at least put cones in drive thru area so ppl can know or something

Would not recommend it. I'd rather have sleep for dinner than go to this location again. Got to the drive thru 10 minutes after placing order and still waited 15 minutes after only to get soggy fries and overcooked chicken patties.

Came through the drive thru like around 11pm. I get it, it’s kinda late but I got 2 ten piece nuggets and a chicken sandwich combo. The only thing that was edible was the fries. All the chicken was old. The nuggets were so old they even tasted like plastic and couldn’t even chew it. The bread for the sandwich was obviously left out and was already stale and crumbled. I’m pretty sure there’s a hold time on how long you can hold hot foods in a warmer before they expire and I was definitely given expired food. The food waste does not come out of the employees check so I don’t understand why they don’t cook fresh when items expire…..they still sell them. Don’t expect much from McDonalds but at least don’t give me expired food!

The service here is so bad they took 2hrs to get my food and there’s rarely any cashiers!!! And they didn’t help us after we asked multiple times since they can’t take ur orders by going up even if struggling

My experience was HORRIBLE! No cashiers and I had to order from a machine. Could not find what I wanted to order. My elder mom had to use restroom after eating her meal, after several time that we asked they open the door, they never did. We ended up leaving!

Im looking at the Value Menu $1 $2 3$ driv thru menu. Drink $1.29..so i aak whats the size? Employee tells me there is no Value Menu, so i mention that Im looking at it, he says that its only of you order from the app. Makes no sense. So i get off and go inside and see the same menu, theres NO mention of having to order it from the app. So im waiting to order and an employee says we only take orders thru the kiosk or drive thru. What?!?! You mean i cant have you take my order because everyone is the the back running around gets orders from driv thru and online. Thats crazy! My family and will not be coming here anymore. Ever since this new McDonald's came up, customer service is bad. Not help helpful, more like hurry take your order get the payment get your food and leave. Its so rushed. Very disappointing.
