I just wanted a cup of water with ice, I ask the older lady “would it be possible for me to get a cup of water with ice?”, I had no answer just an ugly look from her, I waited 2 minutes and noticed that she wasn’t going to do it bc she was just ignoring my presence. There were a total of 2 employees working (both female).
