Drinks are never done well they taste more like cream I have to ask them to redo them. The cups are always so sticky and don’t care to clean them before placing on counter. Always seem understaffed and drinks take forever to be made

The teas here don't taste like tea they taste like cream. They add so much cream that it doesn't taste good at all. The cashiers don't know what they are doing, neither does the so called manager. I don't think the personal got any training The only thing good is the bread

The staff seem very stressed already and refuse any modifications to drinks, very limited seating. The bakery is good as always, I hope that management communicate good customer service rules to staff, I’m here to get some coffee and unwind to have an argument over small changes to my drinks.

Officially Grand Opening this weekend. So much more varieties and price is the best around this area for pastries and drinks. I am so happy 85 Bakery is finally soft opening at Brea plaza this week. Their cake tastes delicious and price is also super reasonable. What a nice great location to have them around.

Very disappointed! Misinformation on the app saying the business closes at 5. But no information at store front. I went three times after 4, it was always light on but door was locked. No one can go there after work!
Should do better even it is soft opening!

I was excited to visit the new 85 degrees in Brea. That did not last! What a disappointment; they open late, not fully stocked with pastries as shown on their website for the Brea location AND they CHARGE for the bag!!!! This is a ONE AND DONE for me, going back to Paris Baguette!!!
