Niomi is the kindest gal that has ever helped me at any Baskin Robbins. Though I have only gone to a handful, I probably would go more often if I were treated like a valued customer. She also seems to enjoy working here, which isn't true of all employees working in the ice cream industry.
Here's to hoping we get a chance to visit again soon.

had a very unpleasant experience at this location. I ordered 3 scoops in a cup, and the female staff member who helped me at first was very nice and polite. However, the heavier Mexican male employee was extremely rude. When I asked for a cover, he said they didn’t have any. I then asked for a larger cup, and he said no again. Finally, when I asked for a bag, he tossed it at me without any courtesy.
He didn’t say thank you or goodbye after I paid, and this isn’t the first time I’ve had a negative experience with him. His attitude is consistently unfriendly and unprofessional, which makes the whole experience very unpleasant.

The owner of this establishment was incredibly rude to me. i remember asking what flavor should i get and she said all of them but i asked what flavor would she get specifically and she then told me to get out of the building.

On Wednesday afternoon, July 24, 2024 I was patiently waiting to place my order when a couple came in the location (Brea). A boy was helping customers who were there before me, which was fine. There was also a girl employee doing something other than attending to customers. Then, instead of taking my order, the oblivious girl took the order of the couple who came in after me. I will NEVER go to this location again. It was beyond rude of this employee -- and I was a regular customer. I'll take my business to another Baskin Robbins location from now on.

20some years ago I formed and decorated Basking Robbins cake. It was a fun job and simple. This past week I bought an ice cream cake for a graduation dessert. I was absolutely embarassed I served it to my guests - Cake was old and dry.DRY. Additionally, the cake was not correctly adhered to the platform, cake came off the cardboard platform. In the future, I sugggest the store get a true cake decorator, not the owners family member. Like I said, it's NOT a hard job, and it can be soo much fun.I do agree this store is clean and readily helpful for service. Although, I will not buy ice cream cakes from them in the future.
