The portion size is a joke Kids size scoops especially when you are going to be paying almost $20 bucks for 2 items. We order 2 scoop sundae & banana split. The worker said it is the new management policy to serve Kids size scoop for any sundae or banana split.The whip cream was bigger then the ice cream scoop. WoW I didn't known that Baskin-Robin now serves Kid size scoops for a banana slip it was the Smallest banana split & sundae... It looked like we order for a small child. We won't be going back to this Baskin-Robins... This was our 1st time ever experiencing this small of portions for adult Ice cream Sundae & banana split...

Horrible customer service especially from the guy with the pony tail, dragging his feet to serve the customers that contribute to his paycheck. Your forcing them to do a job that their getting paid to do, their more interested in having conversations with their coworkers, theirs no work ethic! Please avoid coming here, and invest your money somewhere else!

Had dinner across the street and so we stopped by to share a double scoop of their February flavor of the month "Love Potion 31". My wife and I just love it and its going away soon so we stopped by and grabbed a scoop.The young man that took our order was very polite and nice and the place was very clean. No restrooms here but there is one right outside next to Baskin.The one thing that I wish was improved is the app. It is difficult and cumbersome to use. Yeah, frustrating.
Avoid this Baskin Robbins at all costs , I worked for this location for 3 and was completely disturbed by the uncleanliness, there were roaches throughout the establishment , wrong sanitizing, little to no cleaning , no gloves , no checking for hand washing , no masks , making cakes with no gloves and no mask . Aside from this the owner told us to give smaller scoops than actual Baskin Robbins requirements expecially on the sundaes . Suffered the worst treatment and witnessed the racist behavior of the owner , someone really needs to get the health department up in there .

I am shocked on how rude the employee was to my family as soon as we walked in the door. She must be new because we've been coming here for awhile. The experience left such a bad taste that I am thinking of not bothering to come back, even if the owner fixes customer service.

This store close early all the time! I came tonight at 9:40. Hours show closing at 10pm. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I'm confused. What are the real store hours? Two girls working inside had already cleaned up everything so that tells me it was closed even earlier. I was ignored by them when I tapped on the window asking about the 10pm closing posted on the door. Very frustrating.

Wish I can give no stars. Went today with my disabled consumer waiting outside for it to open. The employee seen us waiting for store to open and made sure to take his time. Store hours said open at 11am but waited until 11:15 and still not open. Once the employee noticed we walked away he unlocked the door. We turned back around and you can see the employee named Elijah just didn’t want to help us what so ever. Had a bad attitude and was not friendly at all.
