TERRIBLE SERVICE! They ruined my dinner! AND I'm still waiting on the $5 refund I had to advocate for over the course of 25+ minutes!I come here all the time, because I love korean fried chicken. Today, after a very long day, my boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to 16 honey garlic wings. I normally don't count the wings, but today, I decided to divide the wings, so we could have 8 pieces each. This was when I realized they only gave us 15.I called the store to make them aware of their mistake. At first, they asked how I would like to be accommodated listing a variety of options: discount, rewards, or refund. I selected refund. After I selected refund, they handed the phone to Sam Yoem (the store manager), who told me they wanted to deliver the missing wing in 15 minutes. I live a bit aways from the place, and did not want to disclose my address. I declined this option, however Sam kept insisting on it 3 more times. After, Sam put me on hold TWICE for 5 minutes each to ask his boss if he could process a refund, all while ignoring my request to speak with his boss directly. BOTH times Sam came back repeating the same options to me: get a refund and have them pick up the wings, or have them deliver one piece of chicken.Eventually, Sam texted me his boss's phone number. When I spoke with his boss, CJ, he attempted to negotiate a solution with me while continuously chuckling at the situation. He suggested he could refund me $5, and asked if I would be okay with it. I informed him, I was displeased with how they handled this error, and that $5 would not make me happy after being on the phone for over 25 minutes. He brushed me off, and proceeded to suggest the $5 refund. I have NEVER received such TERRIBLE service for a business's mistake.Even after the 25+ minute conversation, where they continuously tried to negotiate my options down, they still took another 30+ minutes to send over a text saying they "processed" the $5 refund.I used to love this place, and rave about them to my friends and family, BUT after how poorly they treated me, I will no longer be coming here anymore. If you come here, I HIGHLY recommend counting your chicken before you leave the store...or maybe just save your time and money and go somewhere else...other great korean fried chicken places I LOVE are Goobne Chicken in Fullerton or Flying Chicken & Pa-Dak in Cerritos.

Came here after searching "fried chicken" on Yelp and decided to give it a try, and I'm glad I did! I didn't know what to expect going in but the quality of the food was amazing and the portion sizes were large! We were served by Sam and she was amazing and so helpful. Very friendly! We will be back, and can't wait to try more sauces! Thanks Sam

I went here just to try something different. It was clean, friendly, and delicious. One of the best fried chicken experiences I have ever had. As somebody who travels and eats out far too often, I will be looking for them everywhere I go! Their secret sauce is great.

I ordered the 16pcs regular fried chicken $36. Comes with 2 small packs of pickle radish. No other condiments come with it. Flavor wise good fried chicken but, I wouldn't want to pay $36 fried chicken not even offer side dishes other than small radish pickle.Service wise front cashier won't even greet to me when I walk in, no smile. No thank you or not even goodbye. She just said wait for the chicken. I was in a great mood until I walked into pickup my food. She ruined my lunch hour. If there is church chicken near by I will go there if I crave for fried chicken Not here. They fooled me once but not again. That's it for this place

Fast casual fried chicken, good service! Ambiance is casual and good for a quick bite. We got the half and half for two and it was way too much food. Kimchi pasta was really good and we had chicken in it! The fried chicken was just ok. I feel like the photos online look better.

Placed 2 sm chicken wing orders. However, it seems like they offer NO complimentary ranch or other sauces. I mentioned that the FULLERTON BB.Q offers 1 ranch per order and he said it's owned by another owner. So I paid $2 for 2 ranches after spending $35 for my chicken. seems a bit much. (not to mention it's half the size of the FULLERTON one as well)will be going back to FULLERTON in the future.

If you love crispy fried chicken , then bbq. Chicken is your place. For non- California residents like me, search for locations as they are branching out to other states. I found a location in Las Vegas! Try the cheesling fries!

Kids wanted Chick fil A and I didn't so my husband dropped me off here to order my dinner for takeout. You can either order takeout yourself with a self serve screen or speak to a cashier for takeout out. Also a few dining tables inside for dine in.I would recommend the spicy Golden Original as it had just the right amount of spicy for me and was perfectly cooked and crispy. The Kimchi pasta was so interestingly delicious. I did not get an overpowering Kimchi flavor but it had Kim chi bits and was still very yummy. The wait was also not too bad but I'd probably order ahead in the future.

Mrs. and I had a pleasant lunch at this location. I was craving a Kimchi Pasta. We had been burgered and burritoed out from our recent Ian influenced dining choices, so BBQ chicken sounded promising. We ordered the following:Small Gangnam style Boneless Wings - $14.99.Fried Dumplings - $6.99.Kimchi Pasta - $16.99.Rose Pasta - $16.99.Total with tax came to $60.30.Boneless Wings were very good. Right amount of heat. Arrived piping hot. Dumplings were bite sized. Actually they were 2 bite sized and were rather filling. Kimchi Pasta was delicious. Since we had not been eating spicy food recently, we asked for the pasta less spicy. We felt like it diminished the flavor a tad bit. ***This was a lesson to ourselves! We should brave the spice to immerse ourselves in their full Kimchi Pasta experience!!!!!***Rose Pasta was unique and very flavorful. We had leftovers for 2 more meals, I would say. Portions on the pasta were huge. We parked at this busy plaza. Found our way in, and were greeted by personable staff members. We took our time to select from their simple menu. Again, staff was personable and polite awaiting us to make a decision. Seating is limited, but this appeared to be a takeout kind of a restaurant predominantly anyways. There was a large screen at the entrance to manually place your takeout order. All, and all a great dining experience. Please get their wings and their delicious pasta if you are nearby!

Service was on point. This location is definitely unique where it feels like the staff is extremely attentive, and the considerate. They provided gloves to eat our chicken which totally eliminates the excessive use of napkins. (So smart) and they also gave us peanuts to munch on and some mozzarella sticks as service.A few months ago when I was here, I wasn’t into the way the chicken was cooked bc the skin wasn’t very crispy but I think they are on their A game now.
