Not sure if it was the kitchen or the server, but my mother-in-law waited so long for her meal we were starting to think they were growing the ingredients out back. The rest of us finished eating before her plate even showed up! Meanwhile, our server seemed way more invested in the Dodgers game at the bar than in our table — we practically needed to throw a fastball to get the check.

We chose to be seated in the patio since we thought it would be quieter than dining inside. We were celebrating a birthday. Our server was friendly and efficient for the most part but it was a little difficult to get her attention to let her know we were celebrating since the hostess said to tell our server. I had also put this info in our reservation. Our server was also attentive in refilling our drinks but for some reason, my requests for a refill were not acknowledged. Our appetizers were very good as were our dinner entrees.

I had requested a patio or quieter table so we could easily converse. While the restaurant did not have a server outside, the hostess was able to accommodate us within a few minutes (plus I had counted wrong and we needed another seat.🤦🏻♀️) Our server was wonderful. We appreciated his good humor while making sure we had everything we needed including separate checks. Great food, service and value!

Service was good, however, we were supposed to receive our Pizookie for free and were charged for it and didn't notice that until we left 😞 ... The Dodgers were playing also so it was pretty loud and hard to carry on a conversation. Nonetheless, food here is tasty, and I am sure we will return at another date. Next time, though, a little more observant of the bill.

Great service from Cary, she was very helpful and attentive. The food was good and the best part was the great $13 deal with a pozookie. Wish we didn't go on a dodgers night the bar was extremely loud and we were not in the bar.

We enjoyed our delicious dinner in the outdoor patio area. Our waiter was very attentive. The weekday $13.99 special is a wonderful deal. There are many choices to choose from, and dinner is topped off with a small, warm pazookie.

I had the pleasure of having the most wonderful server on the patio name, Carrie most waitresses do their jobs at a minimum, but you could tell Carrie really loves her job and went above and beyond from my family today celebrating my grandmother‘s birthday you could tell the restaurant was very busy, but she took the time and effort to make sure our drinks were always refilled and she went and above and beyond too make sure we had everything we needed we definitely be back for Carrie thank you for your hard work

I am a member of BJ's beer club which is by far the best deal around I come here regularly for happy hour and the food is excellent the servers are great ...love the beers hopstorm is my number one. I'm going to try out the hazy beer dinner on March 3rd just sounds like a great deal! Updated July 2 went in to pick up my beer club and enjoy my free appetizer and pizookie I had 2 23oz Hopstorm for $5 each and donated $2 to Alzheimer's research, which got me a card for another free pizookie in the future, and had the best service ever from Serena. I don't know where they find these kids but the service here is always great. If you don't have BJs beer club, get it, there is no better deal out there! My total for this visit was $12.78...just incredible!plus I took 5 beers home.

Our waitress Lindsey M. Was one of the best waitress we have ever had. We were a party of seven and she made several visits to keep our drinks topped off and asked if we needed anything. Always smiling and happy. Unfortunately our hostess was extremely rude. I had a reservation for seven people. I was never asked if we wanted inside or outside. The hostess preceded to take us outside. I told her we wanted inside. The outside was too warm. She said I would have to wait an hour for inside. I told her I had a reservation. She said let me check to see what I can do. She found a table inside and slammed the menus on our table and walked off upset. The food and waitress were amazing. We will definitely return.
