My dad chose to celebrate his 83rd birthday at BJ's in Brea. We had a party of 13 and Damon was our server. He did such an excellent job especially with the number of people in our party and their ages. Four of them were 80+ years old and required lots of patience. Damon took on the job like a champ and was so kind and understanding. The reason I rated our experience with only four stars instead of five was because hostess who was at the podium to greet guests, could've been more welcoming and provided better customer service. When I told her I needed to add one more person for a total of 13 and not 12, she seemed a little irritated. I thought that one more person would bring in more business, but that apparently wasn't the case. She's the first face patrons see, so she should be the friendliest and most welcoming.

Came 2-3 times a week here cuz we work around this area. Anaise always deliver the best service to us. She remember what we order as usual. Highly sitting at the bar area. You will see her friendly smile.

We dine at this BJs location regularly. We particularly love the lemon pepper and Nashville hot wings, chicken club sandwich, and Oreo pizookie. The Oasis amber and berry cider are also excellent. Today, we had especially great service thanks to Anaise! She was incredibly friendly and attentive. We hope to be seated in her section again.

They had some good specials for lunch. I love clam chowder, but the clams were tough. I almost wanted to spit them out. Also the wedge salad was OK as the dressing was a little runny. My son loved the shrimp, scampi and baked potato, but he didn't care for the sirloin. The best part was the cookie and ice cream you got at the end.

Decided to try this place with my spouse for the first time on Saturday 6.07.2025 and I was really disappointed. Starting with the beverages we ordered a Pepsi and it literally tasted like water. My spouse ordered the jambalaya and it was over seasoned and salt, the rice was drier than the grand canyon. I ordered the chicken club sandwich, not a fan of the bread it was basically garlic bread, the chicken was súper dry and had a side of sweet potatoe fries they we’re very salty. The customer service was off!! No smiles, non friendly. Disappointed!!! Will not be going back!!
