The food in Blaze Pizza in mall Brea is excellent; the flavor truly stands out. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The two staff members —with the exception of the slimmer young woman— consistently gave unpleasant looks and displayed an unwelcoming attitude, which came across as inappropriate. It is unfortunate, as the quality of the food does not match the level of service provided.

Food was amazing! One particular male worker was extremely rude. He makes it look like he does not want to be here. Food was amazing but the service does need improvement. They make me feel not welcomed at all

They do build your own personal pizza. I believe you can get a large pizza but you need to order it thru the app, it's not on the menu.

I’m currently pregnant and I was craving for some pizza, since I was doing some shopping here I figured I would finally try Blaze Pizza. Don’t get me wrong, the food flavor was pretty good and CR was decent. I just didn’t like how I asked an employee how much was their Caesar salad and he shrugged his shoulders and said: “tbh idk, maybe $5, I have no idea, you can just add it with the meal” which I did, but he seemed very careless and like he didn’t to want to be there, he was not helpful. The croutons that I got on my salad were not crunchy but more so stale and tasted soggy like they were dipped in water, whole point they were disgusting. I love arugula, so I was very excited for their herbivore pizza only to see that most of the arugula that was put on my pizza was yellow which gave it a more bitter old taste. I was also asked if I wanted balsamic glaze on my carnivore pizza which I said yes and I didn’t get any so I had to go back and get some. I was very disappointed but I am willing to give Blaze another try at a different location of course.

Blaze Pizza at Brea Mall, CA did not make my order till I asked my doordash driver to ask them about it. They lost my order somehow. waited almost 2 hours to get the order. Also, this is not the 1st time they messed up. very disappointing.

First off, their food is good. Nothing against that. The service on the other hand, not so good. You'd think that they'd offer free refills on drinks. But no. You have to pay for another drink. I think it's a rip-off.

Paid 4.19$ for a drink. Only ate half my pizza and went up to get a refil and she said no..: I didn’t leave the food court, still eating just wanted my drink topped off. Trying to post pictures
