Newness of the establishment has definately written off. Employees did not appear to want to be there, out of onions and ham? Really?? No longer have condiments on shelf for customer use. Food was still edible, however.

Love love love this place. How exciting is it to pick your toppings and watch it being cooked in the oven and being served asap! Always fresh, perfectly made, hardly any waiting time. Staff is very friendly. Our favorite place to come for warm comfort food.

We are a frequent visitor here. Normally order in-store, but have been using the app lately mainly to get the exclusive 14" pizza vs ordering two 11" pizzas. The downside is the staff have to read instead of hearing what you want. Well, this day there was a new person making the pizzas and they made both pizzas wrong. The 14" was made as an 11" and the Red Vine was made with Feta instead of mozzarella. These things happen. They remade the pizzas correctly and it just took a little longer to get them. The staff were very apologetic and did their best to get them done during a busy Sunday lunch rush.

I asked for well done and asked the man baking it right before I left, got home and all the pieces looked undercooked ?, I would go to a different Blaze not this one.

7/11/2023 10:45am. We got in as the store opened. The store name is blaze pizza... and the store was hot... I asked the guy who work here politely "is the air conditioner on" and the guy bluntly said "I don't know" I was like.. oooookay?? A common sense to me is to check to see if the air conditioning was on or tell the customer assured answer. The whole situation of this guy behaving was absolutely unprofessional and rude. I put the date and time for the owner to check who that guy was.... This guy is negatively impacting your business and I wouldn't want this guy to work for me...

So here's the dealio..Me and my squad decided we wanted to num num some blaze. We ordered 3 pizzas and they all had major craters in them, almost like they came from the moon! Beside that, there was also a piece of olive on the cheese side of my half cheese half olive pizza. It effected me greatly. Anyway, it still was a bussin meal and i don't regret getting it.

Yesterday I went at blaze pizza with my girlfriend and when order two pizza and the mixed up our order and the girl who was doing oven apologized to us and she asked us to remake our pizza even though she wasn’t the one who mixed up our order. She apologized nicely and I was happy and she cooked our pizza the way we asked.
Went here for lunch. It tasted amazing! But when I went, they were out of most drinks, so I hope they get to work on that. Other than that, amazing!

Workers start locking the door before closing. Came 35 min before closing, plenty of people inside. Door was locked! They let those customers inside out the door after ordering and right after they step out, locked it back up.

Worst experience I have ever had at this place. Girl who has tattoo by her right ear totally gives me attitude and is completely disrespectful. She says there is no pesto and gives me attitude when I ask if they have anymore. She says no. And I point at the cheese I want because I obviously do not know what type it is. She again gives me a nasty look and says I need to be more specific, obviously knowing what I am pointing at. Such a rude and disrespectful person. She has no business in the customer service field. My last time to this place!!

Personal pizza places are all over the place now and Blaze pizza is a big part of that. You might say they blazed the personal pizza trail. I believe Blaze has the best combination of ingredients, crust, "bake", service, and price. The ingredients at Blaze are always high quality - they could buy cheaper toppings but they don't. The crust is a proprietary blend of flour, semolina, and other ingredients and even the manager of the store doesn't know the formula. The "bake" is due to the super hot oven (the flames are mostly for looks but it is very hot in there) that allows a pizza to be ready in two to three minutes with a crispy-chewy, partially-blackened bottom and fully cooked toppings and completely melted cheese. The service is "point-point" style where you direct the pizza maker to add the ingredients the way you prefer, or you can order a time-tested combination from the menu board. The line is long but it moves fast. The price is the best of all the personal pizza restaurants I've tried. There is always a promotion going on, and a pizza can feed one big eater or two small eaters. I use the ratio of 3:2. Three people need two pizzas at Blaze.
