I had the best experience at CPK brea, the waiter Israel, was absolutely amazing great customer service kept on coming back to refill our drinks and bread consistently asked if everything was okay are order was perfect. Never rushed us and when we asked about the Specialties he took his time to do several recommendations for all of us and because of that we all walked away completely happy after our dinner. Will definitely keep on coming restaurants need to have more waiters like Israel 10 +

Lost it’s quality but still good

I visited for lunch with my family and it took 30 minutes to get the menu. It was a busy time..
I ordered 3 kinds of food and waited another 20 minutes to taste them. In the end, I had to wait in the sun for almost an hour from the time I sat down on the ferry chairs outside the restaurant.
No one came to see me until my drinks were empty..
The food is great, but it wasn't that good that day.
It would have been okay if they just said sorry for making me wait..

We waited for 20 min while being seated and no one approached us. Some servers saw us and just passed us by. We got up and left instead. I was so disappointed as I have been comming here for years.

There was just few tables. They told us waiting time 30 minutes. No one was even clean tables. Looks like there no management

We chose to go here the day before Mother's Day and it was busy!

The services from Israel is the best. We are macys worker and he always help us to get our food ready and the service the best. Very friendly, kind and respectful. The best service from Israel

Their easy going family atmosphere delicious food and service are always appreciated after a day of shopping.

Friday 4/4/25 Dinner at CPK with my friend Eddie. Ordered the works pizza and the Kung Pao chicken spaghetti. The foods were moderate tasting.

Taylor, service staff, was friendly and worked hard serving us and other customers.

The restaurant was cleaned and nicely decorated.

I wanted to update my review.11/24/24.. what a big difference a good manager makes. I complimented him when there last time but it is a well run location now. Everyone working hard. Food was done on point and the manager was seen every where. Hands on. Compliments! Can totally notice the change ..........(this was my orginal review 7 years ago).
Service was slow by the servers... the hostess was working hard. She was running around doing all diffetent tasks including straightening the messy restroom. Our server was not attentive at all. ... will be awhile before going back.. floor manager was out of site.

So me and my wife went there yesterday and ordered a pizza. We observed the person making the pizza holding his phone, watching it, putting it back in his pocket while he's touching all the toppings. This obviously has to be against code and health and food administration policy. Can you imagine if they're doing that in front of people? Imagine what's going on back. Dirty, we will not be going to this company ever again for pizza

Food was decent.
Nobody in front to greet us or seat us until after 5 minutes. When somebody finally approached us, "I'll be right with you" is all I heard. I wasn't thanked for my patience. No "sorry about the wait" was expressed. Will not return.

I waited for half an hour to get my food which was already ready. Even though my food was ready, Hannah working in the take out section was very slow.
