This spot has been on my list of coffee shops to visit for the year and a half. FINALLY made it in today before work. Absolutely loved the theme and interior of the coffee shop. Was greeted right away, got help with my questions and didn't have to wait too long for my order. Menu had a pretty good variety and I enjoyed what I got. Would definitely come back here to try another coffee and some of their other food.

What a great place. In my neighborhood. Husband loves the ice coffee. The guys are so nice and neighborhood friendly. Our dog is welcome. I love love the burgers. Best Burger ever. Thanks guys for always being so kind. Giving us extra fries too

Carbon Canyon Coffee is such a cool off-the-beaten-path place! I highly recommend their Kyoto cold brew coffee. As I've gotten older, hot coffee doesn't always agree with me, but this cold brew is strong (main requirement for coffee...duh) and oh so smooth. I also love their matcha latte. They have a sweetened type or unsweetened, so I always get the unsweetened when I'm looking to change up my drink. Their staff is also very knowledgeable and great at suggesting things if you're not sure what you want! I found Carbon Canyon Coffee when I used the canyon to commute for work. I no longer drive through for work, but it is an excellent place to kick back and hang out on the weekends. They've got a comfortable patio for reading and relaxing and they have a burger pop up on the weekend evenings. Highly recommend, you can't go wrong!

What a fun discovery! Carbon Canyon Coffee is a hidden gem - is so close but feels like a getaway. Super fun breakfast spot with delicious food choices and fantastic coffee and tea drinks. Fun vibe and you can make your own little free pin! Great service and hospitality from the owner and his staff. Been twice now for a quick relaxing start to the weekend.

When I first walked in I was surprised, they have a few collectible motorcycles in the shop. The owner was extremely nice and friendly totally make me feel different about bikers. The food is great. I am highly recommend this place.

Coffee's a bit pricey, the atmosphere was great, and it's tucked away in an inconspicuous little plaza in the middle of the Carbon Canyon.
This hole in the wall has become my son and I’s traditional Sunday breakfast spot before we hit a local trailhead. The location offers a beautiful drive through Carbon Canyon which in of itself makes it worth it. The food is delicious and the coffee always hits the spot. If you make the time in the afternoon or evening to go during the weekend, their burger menu is also fantastic! The staff and owner are genuinely kind people. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Incredible Cold Drip Tower for incredible KYOTO COLD BREW Coffee! Handcrafted in small batches daily, slow-dripped with cool water for 22 hours! Looks like an experiment, taste like heaven. Cool ambience with a motorcycle theme. Wonderful service!
