First time at this place! The staff this morning were all so incredibly sweet and kind! I asked for a Spanish/cinnamon latte, which they didnt have on their menu but came out just right, and a guava pastry. She asked if I would like it powdered and I had no idea it was an option so of course I said yes. The pastry came out hot and fresh and most importantly, delicious. Thank you for making what was a rough morning all the better. These women must be protected 🥺

It's always a great visit to the Carmel Cafe - I typically stop in for lunch during the week since it's near my office. The staff is always quick and polite, the food is always spot on, and all within a cute environment to enjoy your meal. (the desserts do not disappoint)

The young lady who works at the cafe was courteous and welcoming. The other patron seemed disenterested, and not very welcoming.The panini sandwich i had was bland. Furthermore, when i asked for avacado instead of Bacon, i was given what looked like Avacado, but one can hardly call it Avacado.
