I got a center of the roll cinnamon before they were about to close and even though it wasn't as warm as gooey and it used to be in the past, it felt rather messy. A bit hard to see the individual rolls. The staff were courteous, but I do wonder if it was made rushed or with too much cinnamon and sugar.

In the last I feel their cinnamon were a bit better. Now I feel like they were made a but rushed and such. Their center of the roll cinnabon felt more greasy than it did in the past.

Cinnabon has been a Christmas morning breakfast tradition since I was a kid. My wife and I have continued the tradition with our kids. We recently picked up a 6 pack to go and reheated them in the oven Christmas morning. So good!

You can smell the Cinnabon rolls baking from across the food court. I've always had great customer service at this particular location. I don't really get Cinnabon rolls for myself anymore but I often buy them by the dozen to take to gatherings. I enjoy most of their beverages. The strawberry cream chillatta is my go to ever since they got rid of the tropical blast chilllatta(my #1, bring it back please).

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We were walking around the brea mall food court around 8:55 pm to get a cinnamon roll for dessert. My party and I were looking forward to a sweet lovely dessert but it got ruined by this one young lady cashier with long hair and highlights. She was cutting out 6 perfectly fresh cinnamon buns in front of the customers and when we came to the cashier, she immediately said "we are closed". We understood, and walked around the rest of the food court but when we were passing by it to exit the food court, she was literally serving two customers in front of us. Are you kidding me. We gave her a glare and stared her down walking out to let her know not to mess with us and how disrespectful she was. Currently on our way to our local Cinnabon. Hope she enjoys those for herself.

Awful attitude. Cold stale food. Found a long darkHair in the Cinnabon roll!!You can tell immediately that this isn't a corporate store. It's a shame. Obviously owned by an apathetic absentee owner. Hand written signs and big ugly germ filled labels on the credit card terminal that they don't take American Express. Seriously??In a food court. In an upscale large regional fashion intensive trophy mall and they can't afford the extra 0.5% fee? They certainly charge enough for their cinnamon rolls. About 20% more than other Cinnabon locations. The two guys behind the counter couldn't have cared less. Sloppy. Unkempt. Not well groomed for a food service establishment. You could tell there had more pride about their ancestry than they did about their job, with loud obnoxious foreign language music that felt completely wrong for the vibe. Clearly not corporate. Arrived 10 minutes prior to mall opening since I was there on an assignment. Very unprofessional and rude. Lights were off. Music was blaring and they were speaking with each other in a foreign language pretending that I didn't walk up. I just asked if they accept orders prior to mall hours (like every other Cinnabon everywhere!!!) it's great for mallEmployees before they have to open. They blisteringly yelled that they don't open until 10!!No problem. I hate when customers act like they're special or the rules don't apply to them so I veryPolitely thanked thank and walked about for a few minutes. When I returned all after 10 they acted like I was interrupting them. They very sloth like rolled over to the register and acted like I was putting them out to take my order. I smiled and said thank you. But didn't talk much or even hear them, due to the obnoxious loud music. When I got back to my project I noticed no fork and no napkins. Big shock. So. That's all ok. Nothing special to complain about. But. Worst of all?The cold Cinnabon had a gross long hair in it!!Won't be returning there.

It's in the good court of a mall, so it's LOUD ; teenagers working the register, so service was to be as expected , BUT BAYBEEEEEE THAT CENTER OF THE CINNAMON ROLL! DE-FREAKIN-LICIOUS!!!We behaved and shared a cup of the center of the roll, BUT TRUST ME when I tell you I could've eaten the entire thing myself! It was warm, buttery, sweet, and SIMPLY DEVINE!Go run to the mall to getchu a DELICIOUS Sunday dessert and thank me later Provecho/Bon Appétit

Well....we were going to walk right on by until we saw them making some finishing touches on something that looked too good to pass up. It was cut up pieces of a cinnamon roll drizzled with icing on top. OMG!! Delicious! Luckily for us we shared it - less calories that way. They never disappoint.
