I would give this place a zero if I could. They donât give any directions on where to stand in line. Who was the bimbo that came up with mixing Wetzelâs pretzels and cold stone to share a cash register? I was waiting in line and the cashier was like the line is to the side. And mind you there are no signs indicating where each customer should stand?? Of course the employees are useless too

Only one person working on Sunday. Very slow. Only 5 groups infront of us, yet had to wait up to more than half hour just to get serve. I feel sorry for the only employee that works on Sunday.

Google says open till nine. Got here at 7:35, employees say theyâre closed. I told them that it says itâs open till nine online, they rudely respond âwell itâs wrong, weâre open till 8.â Keep in mind, it was still well before 8pm.

I wanted the order the ultimate cake batter with a cone the guy said, first he told me what size and I didnât know what sizes they had then he told me they were over there and the fricken sizes didnât even say the size on them then he told me to pick and I said what are the sizes and he finally told me, I chose medium as he was making it he told me that they didnât have one of the topings and i said can I get Kit Kat and then he told me to choose one of them from the display and I told him where is the display and he said it should be right there I wanted Kit Kat but for some reason I guess he didnât hear me or they didnât have it so I chose crunch, when he was done and registers me up he gave it to me but it was in a cup and I told him I wanted a cone and I said can you maybe put it on top or something and he said no once itâs made we cant. I understand that they have guidelines rules but I fricken asked for a cone at the beginning. I told him itâs fine and payed with the gift card. The ultimate cake batter didnât even taste like cake batter it tasted like chocolate. The guy seemed new and seemed like he hated his job and I was sad and got a messed ice cream order. Worst experience ever at this cold stone and it was only my second time at this location, Brea mall step up your game and maybe give every employee a microphone so I can hear them or train them to talk louder since itâs so fricken hard or hear.

Horrible customer service.On regular day we went at 6:45 , there were 3 customers in line ahead of us and they refused to take our order at 7clock, after waiting there for 20 mins in line.They close at 9 according to google maps, they should have taken our order.Same thing happened last week when no one was in line and we went at 6:30 pm.If you go here be prepared to not have an icecream.

This parlor is in the food court at the Brea Mall. It's conveniently next to the Wetzel Pretzels. The flavor scheme is only rivaled but the color scheme. My grandson wanted the Lucky Charms combo and he couldn't have been happier. The sever was polite and friendly and the mall finally put tables out again. When you're in the mood for something different and delicious come check it out ??

OMG the ice cream is so yummy, It is soooooo good! Best I had in a long time. The price is pretty cheap too. The customer service is great, they let you sample as many as you like to find the perfect fit for your tummy.
