They don’t take cash. They’ve lost my business my family’s and my companies business. We the people should not support stores that don’t accept cash. It will make life a lot harder in the future if we allow the system to eliminate cash.

The cookies are always great. The employees sometimes stand around and ignore customers that need help using the touchscreen order pad. I have witnessed older people walk in, not know how to use the touch screen device, and employees just watch them struggle. Other than that everything is great.

Tried this place out for the first time after visiting the redwood grove in the city of Brea and the cookies did NOT disappoint The menu rotates apparently but I was able to try three different cookies (mini's) for $8.99 The selection is all made electronically on tablets and the payments are card only I was able to try the Confetti milkshake, the Sticky bun (my favorite), and the Kentucky Butter Cake I loved the fact that the latter two were slightly warm and that all three cookies were soft 🤗 I would definitely recommend and go back myself if the opportunity presents itself in the future
The service could've been better but since this place is basically an order and pick-up, I can understand the lack of customer interaction Still, an acknowledgment as you walk in the door is always acceptable and shows good customer service regardless of the amount of interaction that takes place between customer and employee
