The cookies are always great. The employees sometimes stand around and ignore customers that need help using the touchscreen order pad. I have witnessed older people walk in, not know how to use the touch screen device, and employees just watch them struggle. Other than that everything is great.

walked in was greeted, sadly they dont accept cash :( so i had to buy a giftcard from target. But i was still happy i got my cookies nice and warm :(

Tried this place out for the first time after visiting the redwood grove in the city of Brea and the cookies did NOT disappoint
The menu rotates apparently but I was able to try three different cookies (mini's) for $8.99
The selection is all made electronically on tablets and the payments are card only
I was able to try the Confetti milkshake, the Sticky bun (my favorite), and the Kentucky Butter Cake
I loved the fact that the latter two...
