Very chewy Boba. The matcha is delicious. Tastes like actually matcha.
Had the banana cream matcha and the matcha einspanner. Both were so good. The einspanner low key tasted just like airoma. I couldn’t tell the difference. They had the best banana cream matcha I ever had. Real bananas. Perfect creaminess and texture. They also don’t up charge for different milk options. They allow u to add more matcha for free too. Def my new go to spot.
It’s obviously not Okayama Kobo bakery but it was more of a texture thing. I tasted fresh bananas and was hoping for a pudding texture. It was okay 6/10 Matcha Banana
My son love the mango milk tea with boba and egg pudding here. I, myself, like taro milk tea with boba. Tastes very good. You should try it
Too much ice. Tastes like water.
Very mediocre, but for a boba shop their matcha quality is really good. I’ve been twice and both times their customer service was lacking and they take a very long time to bring out drinks but overall it’s a solid spot. Also they have a kids menu which is nice.
I’ve always liked this place, I’ve tried other boba places but this is my favorite.
The rewards program is important to me as me and my granddaughter visit this place twice a week, she goes there on weekends too sometimes but it’s hard to keep up and now with the new system, it’s less accessible. Other places allow you to earn points when you order online, I wished Teatopia would allow that. I’m sure it will get better over time.
This place is a hit or miss! Their best drinks are the refreshers w the club soda, guava is my favorite. But the TEA drinks… just not good. Tea has a bitter taste and messes up what should be a nice fruit flavor. Have not had coffee or milt tea here- they open late for a place that sells coffee. Lastly, it’s hard to wait for your beverage whilst breathing in the incessant fried oil smell inside…
Too sweet and have stomachache.
Last few orders and dine in experiences haven’t been as great as it usually has been. The staff has changed so not sure if it’s new owners or workers. Today I had dish soap all over the cold veggies. It was really gross and I ate some of it.

Very pleasant experience! Friendly service, boba was soft and chewy and delicious. I have been to other Ding Teas that weren't close to this quality. Will be back!
The boba tea tastes like watered-down milk with boba pearls. The popcorn chicken is over-spiced and either baked instead of fried or just really really old, hard to tell. Not the worst tasting, just not what you'd expect out of popcorn chicken. The service was alright and the atmosphere is nice though.

Maybe I ordered the wrong stuff, but got a jasmine milk tea and I pretty much all I tasted was milk. Popcorn chicken was also not it. Pretty sure it's either really old chicken or its oven baked. Can't say I recommend the food but service was alright and the place itself looked good enough.

Service needs improvement, not lenient or flexible. Not paying attention to Customer while many staffs giggling in the kitchen. Also the quality of the tea is not controlled well. Sometimes good sometimes not, it really depends who gets to make it for you! Cross your fingers!

I love the drinks but I don't enjoy having to wait an extra 10 minutes every time I order off the app. This should be adjusted if more time is needed. Also, too many times there have been missing ingredients I've paid for which is such an inconvenience when you order for pick up and it isn't ready at the time stated and you're missing the boba or the jelly you ordered. This just happened again on Friday. Honestly, I probably won't be coming back here sadly.
