Our Server, Sergio, was outstanding...the best. So attentive and so kind. He knew exactly what we needed before we could even ask for it. We let the Assistant Manager know how pleased we were, as well because we wanted to share our positive experience with her personally. We've been going to El Torito Grill - Brea for; I'd say, 12 years and it just keeps getting better; in fact, better more recently I'd say in the past few visits. The food was delicious. There was so many food choices didn't know where to start. The menudo was great and so were the tacos with homemade tortillas. Our waiter, Sergio was fantastic! I recommend this place.

The hostess was wonderful, and friendly. Seated us right away. The server was attentive, and thoughtful. Brought us chips, salsa, tortillas- and didn't treat us any differently for the Taco Tuesday food we ordered- which brought the bill down... But we gave him a generous tip. Thank you

The brunch variety was great!. The pozole was full of flavor. If you're a fan of the sweet corn cakes... you are in luck with all you can eat! Will go back again!

I didn't expect much from a chain restaurant like this, but the food at this location is really good. Coming from the Pacific Northwest where it is nearly impossible to find good Mexican food, I found this restaurant to be a real treat. Since I grew up in SoCal, I know what good Mexican food is like. I was not disappointed.

This place was amazing- staff, energy, food, everything! There IS a difference with a DISTINCTION between El Torito GRILL and the rest so come TREAT yourselves to some delicious food in a great atmosphere and tell them a Disabled Veteran recommended it!

Came here Friday evening had a great experience with Jonathan our server. Very attentive. Food was great it was fresh and hot . I liked that the manager Hector came over and checked in with our table to see that ever thing was good. Over good expeirnece.
Today I went to get drinks with my friends and the bartender Jose carbajal attended us and he recommended me to go on August 20 because they are gonna do something in brunch and we are gonna go back because it was fun his service was good and the drinks where too

Sat by where they make tortillas, someone employees weren't wearing there gloves and flipping tortillas and touching other things, then our server never came 35 min in we asked for bill with manager and left. Taco Tuesday are horrible!

It was taco Tuesday. 4 adults 2 kids under 4. OpenTable reservations assured we were seated right at our time. It took about 30 minutes before we got tortillas and I had to ask for chips and salsa. About 15 mins before our drinks came. Taco bar was awesome. Over all I'd give like a 3.5/5. If we had gotten chips and salsa and tortillas and drinks within a few mins of arrival, 5 stars. It didn't seem packed during our time.
