Finney's Crafthouse - Brea

Big shout out to Lainey! My younger brother, who is on the autism spectrum, has been dying to try the new Finneys in Brea. We went, and she made our experience absolutely amazing! She was incredibly kind to him, and provided great service! Not to mention the food was amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

Servers never came to us, every time we wanted to order, we had to beg the hostess to send the server to us. We ordered food and they just never brought it. Horrible.

I had high hopes based off of the reviews. We walked in for a late lunch on a Thursday, no host and it took about 5 mins before anyone came to greet and seat us. We almost walked right out. Just about every table was dirty with previous guests food. It took a long time for our server to finally come over to take our order, and again, a long time to get our food. Food was okay, but I wouldn’t come back for it. At the end of the meal we asked for boxes to go and that took forever as well. Don’t waste your time here, service was just awful.

Food was very disappointing and doesn’t compare to the others. Bbq ranch wrap didn’t have bbq. It was missing a lot to complete the dish. Fries cold and hard. Onion rings ok, they should tell you it comes with Parmesan, onion rings should be crispy they were soft and chewy. Won’t be back here sorry guys.

Came here for a friends birthday celebration and Emely treated us great! She gave us good plate recommendations and talked to us like she knew us! Best interaction ever! Made the environment even better would def come back here and ask for her to be our server!

Shoutout to Emilee! She was awesome—super attentive, always checking in, and made sure our drinks and food were taken care of the whole time. Great service and such a positive vibe. Definitely made our visit better. Ask for Emilee if you come here!

Really wanted this place to be better. So many restaurants have come and gone at this location. We went in for appetizers and drinks on a Saturday night. The food wasn't great and neither was my husband's margarita flight. The deviled eggs were watery and bland, the ahi tuna tacos tasted very fishy and the avocado egg rolls were just okay. The flight was very watery as well. With so many other choices in the area this is going to be a pass for us.

We came here yesterday and I was really disappointed. I love the Finney's in Ventura so I had high hopes. All 6 of us at our table were disappointed in the food, everyone's meal was overcooked and the service was not very good.

Consistently tasty food (been here 3 or 4 times now), friendly staff and a lively atmosphere with nice views of downtown Brea. Fabulous addition to Birch Street!

Was truly disappointed with my dining experience, While the servers are friendly, the quality of my meal was sad. The Wagyu burger was overcooked and ordered medium-rare, and came well done. At that point, what's the point of odering Wagyu? The fries had weird taste and were also overcooked. Additionally, hours are posted open until 10 pm, at 9, and everyone was so busy cleaning up to close that we were basically forgotten and had to hunt help down. If you're open til 10, you should be open to provide the experience til 10!!

We went on the soft opening and didn't like it. We returned months later and was pleasantly surprised. Our server was amazing. We sat at a bar table. She suggested appetizers and sauces. She was on point with bringing beers. The food she suggested was great also. We'll definitely be back.

Our server Lauren was so friendly & the food was excellent.
