Ordered online through GrubHub and was charged $53, minutes later received a message that my order was canceled because the restaurant could not fulfill my order. I called them and they told me that there's nothing they can do about that and if I wanted to order over the phone I would have to pay up front over the phone and could not pay when at pick up. BAD service. Guess I won't be trying this place. Hope others have better luck.

I held my son’s 2nd birthday party here, and Mickey’s team was amazing! Special shout-out to Andrew, David, and Hillary for helping run the event very smoothly. The food and drinks came out on time (and delicious), and I received nothing but praises from our guests. For those looking to host an event for 50-60 people, I highly recommend checking out this Fire Wings location. We’ll definitely keep Fire Wings Brea in mind for our future events!

The short Asian male working today, did not answer my 10 calls from my cell phone, but answered the first time off my business number (tells me he knew there was an issue, there were only 2 customers in the restaurant when we picked up the food). The short Asian gave me a fake name (Billy Bob Jr), and wouldn't give me the managers name. He also had a, I don't give a crap attitude. Our food was not made correctly, they shorted us on the amount of food on our sandwiches. His response was, we don't answer to management here, we can make the sandwiches however we want. I've been ordering food from this place for 6 months and recommend my customers to go there. I order the same thing every time. For paying nearly $20 a meal to get shorted is unbelievable. I will no longer recommend this place to anyone.

I came in around 9:30pm on 07/20/24, and it was not a good experience AT ALL. I’ve been to the Long Beach location, Irvine, FV, and Downey and they have all been nothing but great food, service, and a good time. However, this location (Brea) was horrible, there was like 3 girls working front of house last night, they were all rude and unprofessional except “Hannah” I will say she was nice and helpful, but the other girls were not, couldn’t get a word out of them even when I asked POLITELY for a wipe down on my table cause all the tables were not clean, the worker who i asked was rude about it, and when I ordered 15 wings, and 2 fries I only got 1 ranch, I think it should be 2 but i don’t care if I have to pay for an extra but when I asked another girl she couldn’t competently and nicely explain to me that it was only 1, proceeded to have me wait in a long line while my food got cold rather than making an exception to keep a customer happy, and me and my party kept getting stared at by the 2 rude workers ( not Hannah), with a friend of there’s who showed up to eat and the 2 girls stopped working to eat with her, leaving Hannah to do most the leg work. Not only was it my party with the bad experience but another couple even received a bad order. Now to talk about my food, I received these over-crusted, burnt, over-cooked wings that were not enjoyable at all. Horrible location.

Quality and service have gone downhill. Takeout orders can take 5 minutes or 45 minutes even when the restaurant is empty. They are understaffed. That's what happens when you have $20 min wage.

Also for takeout the website automatically adds a 20% tip.

It's delicious and good, especially on the once-a-week event day at 88 cents each. The quantity of 20 is enough for 2 people to eat a bit.

It feels like the food has declined in quality a little bit. Great flavors, but the chicken is a little fatty and the boneless wings are deceptively airy. It's not usually super clean, but not extremely dirty either.
