Location is now closed. What a bummer. Another casualty of inflation. Too bad, I'm sure this will not be the last chain to suffer.

The worst blt ever!! How do you screw up such a simple classic bacon, lettuce and tomato?!? Stale, everything in the burger was stale and not fresh. Lettuce had wilted all around every edge. Bacon tasted old and stale like it has been cooked months ago left in the fridge taken out and deep fried to reheat it. Pat on the back to the chef for making me hate bacon, didn't think that was possible. I had added grilled onions to my BLT and the onions were no where near fresh. You can taste definitely it had turned. If anyone reading this that works at this location throw out!! the onions!! And while you're at it checking everything else in the prep line. Cajun fries same as all the rest stale!!! This is how your business is losing $$ by try to "reuse" left over food everyday and laziness to cook thing fresh to order. If it wasn't clear your business just lost another customer.

$8.39 for a large size fries? This is insane. This is more than restaurant price. First clue ,I was the only customer. While I was waiting only one came in. The order was a small cheeseburger, large fries, and large drink $22.27

The younger brunette proceeds to count our cash, change then using the same gloves goes to make my hamburger… crazy how people do this. Avoid the place

Eating here today I ordered the bacon cheese burger I thought I had covid again eating this plain a$$ burger ! Was not worth 25 bucks for a single person meal... I do not know if they did it on purpose and didn't add any seasoning to my burger but come on that thing was flavorless all I could taste was the cheese ! I literally thought I had covid again ! With my loss of taste again I almost had a heart attack. I should of gone to Taco Bell instead which is in the same complex big big mistake eating five shits

Burgers are OK. You do get a lot of fries. Very pricy. $16 for little hamburger, little fries and a regular drink. Last time I was at Five Guys was about 3 years ago. Will be another 3 years for the next visit.

Nice tables on sidewalk, burgers good but not cheap. Fries too greasy for me.

These burgers are pretty good relative to fast food burgers. Like the order options for condiments and toppings. Grilled onions are a must here. Fries were just the way I like them, on the crispy side.

Tried to order by phone got hung up after 5 minutes of waiting went down to order my food to a unsympathetic manager no big deal. But got my orders totally wrong my son order a straight up hamburger def no cheese deathly allergic guess what full on cheese burger and my wife order no cheese as well same issue. Been going here for quite awhile this got to the worset staff I've seen $43.00 bill wasted!

Just went literally a couple of hours ago. I ordered 6 burgers, two large fries and one large coke for a total of $80 something dollars. Not cheap. It is only almost 6pm and the staff are already yelling to incoming customers that they're closed. Of course, these people are confused but no staff even explained why or at least apologize that they are closing way before their closing hours. When I got my order, my fault by not going through the bags but I got home and realized that I was given half full cups of fries and one of the burgers literally didn't have any patty on it and I paid double patty. Not going in that location anymore.

Jan 7, 2022The tables were not cleaned from prior use.The floor was sticky as I walked across it.My order was given to Door Dash. I never heard my number called. I went to the counter to ask where my order was and they think it was given to Door Dash. They quickly made me my cheeseburger. The burger was way too large with two meat patties and lots of extras like lettuce and tomato. I had to eat it top down rather than from the side. The burger was really messy and hard to keep my hands clean. The meat had, it seemed, bits of hard to chew meat elements. The napkins were way too small and thin for the messy burger.I threw more than half the burger into the trash because it was no longer pleasant to eat.I will not be back.

Nothing special, actually a little salty for my personal taste, but the kids love it. I miss the peanuts. I do not see how this place is popular, it is no different than any other hamburger joint. I am sure you can ask for most of the trimmings that Five Guys have in other places.

Went in a week ago about an hour before closing and wow, utter horse-sh*+, all around. There were two gentlemen, and two ladies working that shift. We felt like we walked into some lame college party full of belligerent kids. Zero attention to service and acted like everyone's needs were a chore. Let's get real about the short Hispanic girl. Can't remember her name, but she worked alongside a taller, bigger Hispanic girl. She was fussy with everyone and even shouted at people who asked for additions to their meals. Lol what kind of non-sense is that? Aw, poor baby. Providing some extra sauces really got a stick up your a$s didn't it? Lol just a bunch of kids in a school yard, I tell you. That's the reason why In N Out will always be the better choice; not just in a culinary sense, but with SERVICE. Been to many, many In N Out's my entire life and I've never encountered anyone with subpar service or negative attitudes. Mark my words, kiddos. If you can't even uphold the simplest and rudimentary of customer service and care, especially at a burger joint, you will fail miserably. These moronic excuses for employees literally have the brain capacity of a lettuce.
