Timothy our server was great and ensured our visit was pleasant despite the rush hour of patrons on a Sunday afternoon. Always great time at fogo

The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. The dishes were very tasty. The staff provided outstanding service. The only downside was their parking—it's the worst parking structure I've ever encountered—there is no parking and the parking spaces was tiny ( not sure how they passed city inspection) but they do offer valet parking for $10, which I find a bit ridiculous because the reserved parking spaces is like less than 10 feet from the front door. Other than that, I think it's great.

I asked for a glass of wine which took over 25 minutes. I asked for a cut of meat i wanted to try... it happened but it took over an hour from the time i asked. I also requested the check 3 times... had to wait over 45 minutes for it. Food was good but unfortunately the service left me with no desire to come back. They offer desert on the house but instead asked for coffee... they charge us for it. The space between tables was tight.. I guess they really wanted to maximize the space but did not took in consideration rhe service for the additional tables

This was my first visit to the restaurant. Very pleased with the ambience and food presentation. Took advantage of the Best of Brazil offer and tried several cuts of meat as well as the open table sides/salads. All of the food was tasty and freshly prepared. Three issues that could be improved were the room temperature (AC was on and draft caused food to get cold quickly), the soup was warm, but not hot, and most cuts of meat were undercooked (medium rare, not well done." Also, it seemed that the same meat servers kept visiting our seating area, so three or four types of meat were not presented until we requested to have them brought to the table. This is supposed to be done via the server, but she repeatedly ignored our table in passing to attend other tables nearby, which detracted from our otherwise enjoyable experience. I joined the Fogo rewards program and intend to be a regular customer in future.

We made a reservation for tonight at 4:30 to celebrate my husband for Veterans Day. We arrived on time. We were told we would receive a text when our table was available. We made our way outside to wait. About 5:10pm I told my husband to go ask what is taking so long as we saw people who checked in after us be seated. Once I showed up and questioned the wait we were seated right away. Once at the table we were greeted by a very nice waitress. We placed our drink order then food. My daughter and I made our way to the "salad bar". Once we returned we were seated at our table for another 20 mins as we watched every table around us receive their meats. At that point I said this isn't not right and made my way back up to the front. I asked to speak to the manager. He came out I explained the situation and he said "I'm going to make it right". After that we had a flow of meats coming to our table for about 30 mins; even the manager came out to serve. After that we were right back to seeing everyone else being served. Our waitress even took orders of what meats we wanted and requested them. My twins and I were over it and said we were done. My husband however was still waiting. Another 20 mins went by and still no one showed even after we had asked again. He then said that's it we are done. The meats were ok. The sausage was burnt, parmesan pork was dry & most of the meat was medium rare. We didn't even get a variety of things until the very end when the chicken and bacon wrapped streak started coming out. If anyone says it's like Texas de Brazil they are SO WRONG! It is WAY more expensive but the service was nothing like it should have been. Our bill was over $300 and we were only compensated $30 for this horrible experience. You are only really paying for the ambiance. I expected to have my husband's meal comped at the very least. The manager didn't even come back to the table and apologize for the experience once we were given the bill. We will NEVER go back here!

Way overpriced. The food was cold. Salads were not what they used to be a year six months ago.

My husband is a retired Marine so we went to celebrate the Marine Corps 250th bithday. It was a lovely evening full of food and fun. The staff tried to understand what we were celebrating and make the evening enjoyable. We are excited to take our family next time.

Hostesses and servers were excellent. Tongs were so sticky. Wet wipes would be a nice touch for after going through the messy buffet line. We didn't get much variety of cuts or done-ness offered. Many in our party did not eat the meat because it was either too tough from just getting the exterior pieces or too rare. It was a cafeteria like experience in some regards.

Too crowded & too loud; it took way too long to have drinks delivered and when wine is ordered they forgot to bring a glass each time. Not a good experience for such an expensive restaurant

Overall the food was ok .. there is an abundance of it. So if you are into all you can eat , this is the place for you . Atmosphere sort of feels cafeteria style . Obviously you serve yourself for the sides , it's very loud and crowded and difficult to get from your table to their self-serve food bar. The service is fine but there isn't a lot required from the server . Bar orders were slow but they were very busy . Waiting is required outside so if it's chilly or raining be prepared . The meat skewers were pretty good and there were several choices .. but I stuck to beef only . Chicken looked dry but I can't confirm . I didn't try the pork chops . For me personally I would not return , but I can see why it's so popular. Dessert was very good!

I enjoyed the food and service was solid. My biggest issue is sometimes it takes a long time for you to get cuts of protein (meat, chicken, pork, lamb).

They always seem slammed with lack of staff. Wait staff forgot one of our side orders (we didnt bring it up bc it wasn't worth the time). Took so long to bring out drinks, table side dishes (mash potato, polenta, etc), we had to get up and flag down staff. Meets came around on a decent time frame so that was fine. The biggest issue is that they packed too many tables where it was hard for people to walk around to get to the market table, and SUPER loud. This place can be so much better.

The wine event was standing only—chairs were all removed from regular height tables, they weren't even bar tables so this set up did not make a lot of sense. There were no knives or water provided, we had to ask a few times. There was nowhere to put your jacket—no chair backs and no coat racks. Not having seating was a strange choice for this event.

Four of us were there for the Wine and Wagyu event, we had the best time. The food was outstanding, the wines were top notch and the service was amazing. Fogo doesn't disappoint !
