cooked the day before. Paid for 4 people. We only tried each cut of meat once. Talked to manager and still came to check if we had our food twice and it was not.
Left email to the company and someone from the store called back to apologize and that’s it. Did not offer any compensation
Will never eat there again. And will not encourage anyone to visit. Not worth the money. Not the service. Not the food quality or temperature

This was Our First time.
Last night was a deeply disappointing dining experience at Fogo de Chào. We were subjected to exceptionally poor service.
From the outset, we were left without a dedicated server. We had to repeatedly request basic necessities from various staff members who seemed unaware.
A series of miscommunications led to delayed and misplaced orders. We received for our entire party one serving of complimentary sides. And the champagne was delivered after our meal. We also received incorrect and no items at all. The entire night we received a general lack of any attentiveness. Even after talking to, two separate managers, the attentiveness unresolved .
The birthday celebration we had planned was significantly marred by this subpar service. It was an exhausting ordeal, far removed from the enjoyable experience we had anticipated. We were actually prepared to give a superb review with pictures and everything.
Instead, we experienced a severe lack in communication. I hope our concerns will be noted. Because, the food was amazing and perfectly prepared.

Meleak was ahhhhmazing with her customer service, personality, and engaging demeanor. She was more than just attentive..... she made service her priority. It was so refreshing in this day and age. Hats off to Meleak!!!

We made appointment, so minimum wait to be seated. Yummy food! (said my daughter) First time here but my daughters already want to come back. Our fave was the honey pork belly, lamb and chicken leg wrap with bacon, unfave sausage.
We try all you can eat. It was pricey but awesome experience. Its half price for kids 8 - 12 ( if i am not wrong ).
One by one they will stop by at your table to fill up your plate.
There is a small sign on table. You can flip it to NO OR REFILL. but no need to worry about it, they always around and they will stop by to offer you.
Unlimited salad bar, fruit, soup.
They give you cheese bread, caramel banana and is good. You can ask for more.

We had a gift card and have done Brazilian Steakhouses before. The food was good and service was friendly. But don't go expecting high end meat without having to pay extra outside of the $72 "experience". The Brea location felt cramped inside. You're expected to walk to the salad bar but have to wedge between other tables to get there.

Drinks were delicious and affordable. Great place for all you can eat meat and salad bar. But there are better places if your looking for that rare high end cut.

The service was great for 16 people. Normally it can be a hassle but for tonight that was not the case with 3 servers attending our table at its finest and for that thank you Kayla, Max and Martha. This team can definitely take care of a group.

I don't understand the hype of this place. Food is disgusting. Meats are over cooked. Save your money and don't fall for the hype. It's not worth it.

First time at fogo my partner and I made reservation t the last minute and we're kind to give us a table .meat were tasty if you like it red and a little bit bleeding, but you prefer they bring you completely cook your meat, salad bar was pretty good as well ,the only they don't have are desserts o the buffet, but you may order separately. My partner asked for the fernet 🍷 wine and the bottle was very pricy $230 so we didn't get it and for both of. Us the bill was $164 and $23 for the tips, so a little bit pricy .

Last night I went to dine with my brother, his bf, my stepfather, and mother to celebrate my mother's 59th bday 🎂 :) The food was delicious! The experience was unforgettable. What made the experience unique was the way the food was served to all the guests dining in. It was magical and I look forward to returning here one day.
