We go pretty often to Fratellino’s and always have an amazing experience with their staff, amazing food and relaxed atmosphere. Always a great evening.

Our waiter was chill and made our check cheaper with certain ways of ordering. Gotta go back to try the lasagna.

Prices have gone up so it's not as affordable as before, but excellent food for a $18-22ish per meal. Can't go wrong with their lasagna, chicken marsala, or manicotti with alfredo. Any entree can be turned into a "complete dinner" with minestrone soup or dinner salad, garlic bread, a small glass of wine, and scoop of ice cream for a $3-4 upcharge. All tables get a plate of carrots and peppercinis with ranch dressing to whet your appetite.

Went here for a quick lunch. We had the meatball sandwich. The atmosphere is cute inside and you can sit outside and eat also. I don’t have anything really negative about this place. It was quick to get seated, food is okay, I only had meatball sandwich but it was okay maybe could have had more flavor but not bad. Service was good. I’d have no problem coming back here.

Fratellino’s Italian Restaurant was in Fullerton for 10 years before they relocated their business to Brea. They are well-known for their take-out Party Trays. I’ve passed this restaurant many times in the 15 years I’ve lived in Brea. It was our first time dining here. It’s very quaint and they do have an outdoor patio area.

We went on a Wednesday night and it wasn’t that busy. They had the Dodgers game on the tvs, not something you would expect at a nice Italian restaurant. It was obvious that the staff were watching the game.

The hand painted Italian countryside murals are a nice touch.

Their complimentary appetizer is carrots, pepperoncini peppers and ranch. Not a favorite for the table. Typically for most Italian restaurants, they give fresh bread with roasted garlic or olive oil. The Garlic Bread, which comes with certain meals, was tasty.

We tried:
(For all pasta, they were perfectly al dente)

Alfredo with angel hair pasta, bacon, and chicken - very creamy. Bacon could have crispier.

Angel Hair with creamy pesto and shrimp - not as creamy. Seemed more like pesto than creamy pesto. Needed more flavor.

Chicken Parmigiana - the marinara sauce didn’t have any hint of basil. Needed more flavor.

Beef lasagna and Fettuccine Alfredo - lasagna wasn’t in a typical square slice or even a rectangular slice, where you can see the layers. Seemed like a small portion.

Clam Sauce Over Linguine - classic Italian restaurant dish. I like the chopped clams in this dish. I guess it’s texture for me. It could have been a little bit more flavorful.

Great customer service from Danny. For an authentic Italian restaurant, I expected more fresh, high-quality ingredients, fresh, homemade, or locally made bread and flavors more intense.

Fratellino’s offers a cozy, authentic Italian experience. The spinach ravioli was fresh and flavorful, and the angel hair pasta with meatball was perfectly cooked—a comforting, delicious combination. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is friendly and attentive without being intrusive. For the quality and portion sizes, the prices are fair, making it a great spot for a special night out. Highly recommend Fratellino’s for anyone craving authentic Italian cuisine!

DEEE-LICCCC-IOUS! Second visit, I don't eat Italian often but as soon as I had a craving this is where I wanted to go. The food is fantastic (I had the veal piccata), lovely wines and friendly service. Amie was our waitress this evening and she was warm and attentive without being overbearing. I'm already looking forward to my leftovers and to eating here again! I love the dim lighting which gives a really nice atmosphere too.

You cannot come to Miami / Coral Gables without eating at Fratellino. I love that it's family owned. Their pasta is beyond words fabulous. Today I had the caprese salad and it did not disappoint. Everyone here is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you.
Their branzino is a must, coupled with homemade pasta.
Will be back soon for sure!

Food is a good value for the price. The biggest plus is the music is pleasant and soft so you can have a conversation.
