Very bad experience, I been there at 5:30pm, and the guys already start to clean, and let the customers to wait without mentioning anything. I asked are you still open , the guy say nothing just winking an eye to me. So wired , just want to leave and get refund!

The food is good and prices are a little expensive which is ok but one thing I was very uncomfortable with was the loud annoying music the staff had playing very loud in the kitchen it could be heard even if you were seating as far away as the chipotle tables, I felt like I was in one of those ghetto flee markets where they always have loud Hispanic music.

Build your own bowl of meat and vegetables, then the chefs take your bowl and cook it in front of you on that large round griddle. The noodles are very good, and your ingredients are good quality and large variety. The flavor comes from the sauce that they put on which is a weak point. Some more variety of sauces would be great.

Came here for lunch and it was good. You have to really pack the food in the bowl, then they grill it with lots of noodles. Very reasonably priced for the amount of food. The soup was cold, and the rice was cold and mushy.

I miss the days when a bowl was just around $10! It's $17 now. :(I do like that they provide individual tongs for each customer now (that's probably where the money goes lol) so there's no more touching the same tongs next to the food like in the past. Being a germophobe this is great for me!I also like that they will clean the cooking surface before cooking my food whenever I request it. It just seems cleaner that way.I wish they didn't cut the meat so ginormous as it takes up the whole tiny bowl. You really have no choice but use a napkin to push it down to make room for veggies.Overall good food.

Great Mongolian. I get double steak, jalapeños, onion, pepper, pineapple, chili, garlic, red chili. So good. They have a great deal that comes with a 20 oz soda and, rice and soup Enough portion to eat three times. Very worth the delivery fees and tip to eat three times

I cannot remember the last time I ate at Gengis Khan. I used to eat this all the time early/late 2000. Lakewood and Cerritos mall was the spot for this after school. Anyway. I was out Christmas shopping at Brea mall, and was craving gengis khan noodles because I haven't had it in so long. The lines were already forming after it just opened. I'm not surprised because there's always a line for this place. I got my bowl, packed it with protein and veggies then the gentleman/cook at the end of the line topped it off with noodles and sauce of your choice. I always add garlic and medium spice to my noodle bowl. When it was my turn for my food to get cook, the cook tossed in more noodles. The food came out hot, and fresh. I couldn't wait to sit down and eat it. When I took the first bite, all my expectations went down the drain. The food had no flavor whatsoever. Perhaps I should've gotten extra spicy to turn up the flavor or maybe it was because the cook added too much water during the cooking. It watered down the flavor. I'll give it another shot next time and I'll try extra spicy.

After putting the meat and vegetables into the bowl as much as possible, the noodles and the salty sauce taste good. I also like that the employees seem to have fun working.

I really like the food here, just one detail: there was a girl at the register with such long nails that when she gave me my drink and I was closing it, she stuck one of her nails inside. She was talking to the other girl who didn't pay attention to her nails were swimming in my drink it's disgusting that they allow them to work with their nails like that when it's a food place and it's unhygienic.

Be prepared to wait, but it is worth it. Food was delicious and I love being able to customize my bowl. Sad I wasn’t able to try the sides as they sold out but overall really happy with my experience.

My favorite go to. Use to be. They will occasionally rotate sides. They added these dry red chillis. Everyone started coughing and almost choking because of the aroma. It also affected a few guests at the food court. I like spice but the way they pre-add the spice is plenty. I couldn’t even eat my noodles because of how they cook and mix everyone else’s noodles for those people that wanted a few red chilis in their noodles, no way! Will call the manager to have this fixed. These chiles should be hidden and asked for upon request. I tossed my noodles. I was so sad.
