We stopped by IHOP for a late-night dinner and were greeted promptly with no wait time—seated right away, which was a great start. Our server, Rosario, was very friendly and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu before taking our drink orders.
Our family ordered breakfast items, including omelets and the Split Decision plates. My wife’s Build Your Own Omelet came out missing a couple of ingredients, but impressively, the kitchen and Rosario caught the mistake before we even had a chance to say anything and fixed it right away.
I did end up grabbing condiments myself after asking, but Rosario appeared to be the only server managing five other tables and handling to-go orders—so it’s understandable. She definitely deserves some extra support, but she stayed friendly and professional throughout.
All around, it was a great meal with good service. We'd definitely come back again.

It is the worst place I could have gone to have breakfast, the service was super bad, they kept me seated for more than an hour and my food never arrived at my table, I told the manager and his response was a smile, it is the worst place I could have gone to.

We come here every now and then. Everything is good but this time the food was lukewarm. I can't believe that the cooks were not aware of it. No excuses for sending out food that's cool. Normally, it's a very nice place to eat.

IHOP is no longer the International House of Pancakes... the International Pancakes are gone from the menu... there are very ordinary pancakes.. and typical coffee shop fare... Guess what... other coffee shops do it better and cheaper. No reason to eat here.
This establishment never disappoints!! Every meal I’ve tried here has been delicious (Chefs Kiss). I love how IHOP is always adding new items to their menu so I never get bored coming here. Lastly, the customer service I always receive is 5 star!!
