I just had an interaction at this place. I was having an off day. There was a small misunderstanding that happened in line, but one of the workers there was so wonderful. David was kind, empathetic and professional and really turned a sour moment into a moment of care.

They got my order completely wrong. I ordered a cheeseburger and also a grilled cheese which he called a veggie burger but when I got the order they forgot the regular cheeseburger and the veggie burger did not have any cheese on it and the tomato was not ripe I had to back up to pay for the cheeseburger that they forgot and they told me to park out front with my hazard lights and they would bring it to me and they forgot and so I was waiting out there and people were angry because there's nowhere to really park your car out front...just the worst In and Out experience ever.i won't be going to that one again

What can I say! California's classic burger joint. If you're looking for a cheeseburger, fries and maybe a chocolate shake to go with it, this is the place. Made fresh,your hamburger tastes great, your fries are hot, Your milkshake thick and rich. The staff is always upbeat and very friendly. Very rarely do I ever have a bad experience going through In and Out.

In and out is the absolute best hamburger ever. They do not have any freezers. Everything is fresh. Their spread is incredibly tasty and the animal style with the whole pickles is out of this world. Their prices are awesome. Their service is spectacular. They always have a smile. Their restaurant is crazy clean and you can tell by going to the bathroom and seeing if it's clean and their bathrooms are always spotless. I love in and out. I know some people like the Habit better or 5 guys better and taste is always very personal. But for me, nothing can touch in and out
