Got three bowls two dragon fruit and one water melon Disappointed the watermelon did not have pineapple or coconut whip and they didn’t offer anything to substitute for it. Gone here multiple times and always doesn’t have something for the smoothie or bowls. Always go here instead of the mall but may need to end up going to the mall.

All the drinks I was interested in, the machines were down. Then I decided on an egg frittata and it was given to me undone. Also because she said the machine was down. The orange juice was amazing though. I haven't had fresh squeezed OJ in awhile so that was nice.

I went to this location today at 8:15am and all the doors were locked and nobody body was answering the phone. Don’t advertise your hours as open if you’re not actually open. I could have gone to another smoothie place instead of wasting my time driving here.

Today, I took advantage of Jamba Juice's $1 smoothie deal, eager to enjoy one of their refreshing beverages. Unfortunately, my initial experience was less than satisfactory—the smoothie I received tasted watered down and lacked the vibrant flavor I was expecting. In a moment of frustration, I threw the drink at the workers and manager.
Despite my inappropriate reaction, the staff at Jamba Juice remained incredibly professional and courteous. Instead of responding negatively, they calmly addressed the situation and offered to remake my drink without any hesitation. Their patience and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction truly impressed me.
The second smoothie was perfect—delicious and full of the fresh, fruity flavors Jamba Juice is known for. I deeply appreciate the staff's understanding and commitment to providing a positive customer experience, even in challenging situations. Kudos to the Jamba Juice team for their excellent service and professionalism!

I went to get the bogo deal from 7-8 for a 50 percent off of a large drink and it was 7:49 and the door was locked. I called and they said they had a meeting with every single jamba juice so i don’t really know if that’s true but I am very disappointed because they close at 8.

Gabby made a small P/N butter w' banana/soy drink today 3-19-2024 around, 12:45 p.m. She intentionally used brown/near rotten banana that didn't get ground up and was left chunks. I consistently spit out the overly brown/near rotten banana at least 3'x before I threw it away. I don't appreciate poor quality ingredients being used in a drink because of poor management, low visitation days, irresponsible people. This drink cost +8.00 and should have been exceptional and high quality. I live too far to return the bits I collected; did take android phone photos but was unable to attach in this review. So happy to have found this location. Parking ample & easy to find. No tables inside, but a couple bistro tables with umbrellas, if the weather is not too hot. Good variety and well stocked. Customer Service team were all busy, seemed to work well together and were very attentive to customers.
