Very friendly service. We ordered 10 donut holes, a glazed twist, a sugar twist & a large Thai tea. Donuts 5/5 - Spectacular! These twists were the softest, most delicious donuts we have ever had! Thai Tea 4/5 - The size vs. price ratio was great. We ordered a large. Other places, I feel like they put so much ice that the tea is practically gone after 2-3 drinks. But not here. She put 1 small scoop of ice and then asked me if i wanted more or less. The reason I give it 4 stars is because the flavor is good, but I make better at home with the teabags I get from ralphs. Donut holes 4/5 - Price was awesome. 5 for $1 . Tastes like your average donut hole. Overall I'm very pleased. Just the soft ass heavenly twists alone is enough to bring me back again

The employees at this donut shop have always been so kind and generous! I recently became a regular when my partner started working nearby, so we swing by everyday before work— i love that i see them making fresh donuts daily! They’ve even modified breakfast sandwiches for me to ensure that I could still enjoy it, despite my pork allergy (no ham/bacon, sub w turkey)! Everyone is friendly and i’ve even been given free fresh donuts during a few of my visits. Sweet family here and a nice sense of community for patrons :)

Love Jax Donuts!! Their donuts are always FRESH, and they are super friendly family owned! HONEST, down to earth people. I always come here for family and church events! They also sell breakfast sandwiches, and scratchers (lottery) I appreciate this business because they also help the brea Citizen center and i love that they give back to the community! And for those complaining about a service charge get over it, EVERY PLACE charges that now. Its not a big deal when youre getting great products ( food etc!!!)
