Terrible woman, I asked for a water cup because I was extremely thirsty but she declined and said guests only and proceeded to ask me to leave the store.

huge line long wait, worker in the back not coming up to help.

i don't know why they have to have attitude, came to pick up an order for uber eats and my order said that it had drinks but all they had to do is be nice about it because i asked a simple question. i felt attacked for just asking what my uber eats app told me. i give it 0 stars. december 9 at 12:50

This location is disorganized and unprofessional. They messed up my giant order with a regular size and tried to pass their mistake on to me to cover their butts by making a SECOND regular size.I normally wouldn’t care. But the fact that the only 2 employees did not gaf, I’m here saying avoid this location.

*Changed from 1 star to 3 star*Update: As I was leaving I was given a free drink as an apology for the wait and that did help me feel less frustrated. Also, the sandwiches were very good.I will never order (online) from here again. Ordered online and came in when it was supposed to be done. It hadn't been started. Side note, I had no idea where to pick up my order. They definitely need some signage. The store kept taking walk ins and not making my sandwiches while I waited. I asked them about it and they said it was starting next. 10 minutes later, my order still hadn't been started but they kept taking walk in orders non stop. I waited in the store for 20 minutes after I talked to someone before I got my order. If I had not ordered online, I would have gotten my food so much faster.

Just want to say I’ve always loved jersey mikes but tonight I had a great experience! The young lady who helped me (I believe her name was Kayla) was very friendly and had a great positive vibe! My order is somewhat unusual but it was no big deal to her. She made it the best it’s ever been made, props to her! Give her a raise, the world needs more people like her!

Mikes is close to our gym and we occasionally go there for lunch after a workout. Yesterday we had very loud men at the next table & that was a problem for me. We like the subs though.

Best sandwich made to your liking!! Prices are great ? & you can see & add condiments as they're making your sandwich unlike Jimmy John's that makes your sandwich however THEY see fit to make! Jersey Mike's doesn't hold back on the meats & cheese either! ??? ??

This is sad to say but I'll never return to the Jersey Mike's in Brea! There was breadcrumbs & Lettuce & Salt/Pepper & Meat's & Cheese & Oil ALL OVER COUNTERTOP! There was a FLY ON THE CUTTING MACHINE, I showed the employee and he shrugged it off like it was no big deal!! Didn't bother to clean the area! He was so rude & unprofessional! I WAS visiting this store every other week but NO MORE, IT WAS GROSS ? I'll take my business to Crossroads, they're always clean & very nice employees . I'm shocked how poorly maintained Brea was!!
