I've been here a handful of times now and have enjoyed the food every time. The Country Style French Toast is so good! The wait staff are quick to refill your coffee before you even need to ask.

I tried the cinnamon French toast. They looked better in the picture. Not very cinnamon roll. Lacked flavor. The glaze tasted like they added flour instead of powdered sugar. Almost like a strange gravy. Coffee was good but not worth $4. They up charged $2 to add onion and green bell peppers to the country potatoes. ??‍♀️??‍♀️ isn’t that the whole point. I need to pay $2 to put the country into my potatoes? Pancakes were nice and big, but the flavor was just not there. Maple syrup also sucked. Idk man. Not my cup of kimmie tea.The interior is so beautiful and clean. Restrooms are nice and clean. Staff was also very nice.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible and these nice people moved to give us the most comfortable table. God bless them

Decided to try this spot out and it turned out to be great. The food, the coffee and the diner look was excellent. Gives u a sense of traveling back to the past to an old school era.

$24 for a cup of OK coffee and an omelette. WOW!!Dining out is just getting incredibly expensive and pretty soon a lot of people will be priced out and it's only a matter of time.

Ample servings of food. Really good biscuits and gravy. Small corner restaurant. Sat at counter rather than wait for a table. Parking not all that great.Parking: It's in back.

Last Sunday my husband and I had breakfast at Kimmies Brea - later in the week, we check out account and Kimmies tipped themselves 100$ off our bill! Wth!!!!!!! We go there all the time - they just lost a customer. N

New to area looking for a spot definitely not coming back the staff is UNFRIENDLY and RUDE but for no reason! Food was decent but way Over priced! I ordered the eggs Benedict, I only ate half the order was waiting for someone to chk on us to ask for a to go box. She comes throws the trash on my plate at the same time she’s asks are you done haha I told her I was going to take my food home and all she said was oh sorry! Didn’t offer to make half the order give a discount. I still gave 20% tip and paid over $50 for two plates of food to but ignored and treated rudely. No thanks I’ll spend my money elsewhere doesn’t seem like they care anyway they have enough regulars

Cute restaurant and would have potential if it wasn't for the bad service and subpar food. We only waited 10 minutes to be seated, but 45 minutes for our food; hash browns were cold and hard. We were not asked once how we were doing or for refills when our cups were completely empty. We try to be understanding, maybe it was just a bad day, but when you are paying $100+ for a family of four, you expect better food and service, and not to feel like ordering or asking for more coffee/water is inconveniencing the server.

Place has good breakfast, but unfortunately I have to say this but this place made my mom, little brother and my fiancé sick. My fiancé was vomiting, Diarrhea, and made her have very painful abdominal pain a couple of hours later after leaving from Kimmies, I don't know if there was something in her omelette that was expired or salmonella, or something but it got her to the point where I had to take her to the hospital and had to miss work. I don't even know if I should eat at Kimmies again.

Always a great time at Kimmies... But after living in Texas for 6 years, hard to believe breakfast for 2 people could really be $55 dollars!!!!

Keeping this one simple. Food is great. Service is prompt, but it's a loud restaurant. I go about 4x a year.
