Oh ok just so you, the reader, knows when this was typed, 3/1/2024 that’s when we went.Food; we left half of it as it was served cold. Server brought it back as we were about to get ready to leave.Food portion is not commensurate with price.Not at all.Service was adequate. Don’t bother calling as server will be either busy taking food to customer or outside making personal phone calls. We saw seven people in the 37 minutes we were there come in, and walk right out. Don’t ask me why lol.And because server and or food isn’t what cost-conscious consumers seek, the restaurant was empty and this is on a Friday after four pm when people are out and about. Owner clearly wants to recoup their investment, aggressively doing it based on cost. If price matched portions, that would make sense. Sad, sad because there’s a need for Colombian food in Southern California, but it needs to make fiscal sense.

Sooo good! The food was amazing and they made everything I requested vegetarian, I had the plantain soup, papas locas and the mazorcada. Everything so delicious! The place was spotless clean and the service was super friendly and patient with me and my questions. Will be back!
I went to the Brea Mall with my wife and found this Colombia restaurant near the food court. Since my wife is Colombian we wanted to try it. First, the restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated with contemporary wall art. The restaurant was not crowded despite being a little small, perhaps 6 tables. You walk to the counter to order your food and the counter person was extremely helpful and friendly in explaining the menu. I ordered the Arepa loca with a side order of beans. The dish was an arepa cut in half and inside was a mixture of corn, lettuce, cheese, shredded chicken and chorizo. The beans were kidney beans. My dish was served in a takeout container and overall well seasoned. My wife's dish was a boquiabierta, a sort of taco served with an arepa and filled with shredded beef, lettuce, and cheese. Both plates were fresh and well seasoned and came with a half dozen salsa...very uniquely different. I enjoyed the overall experience but I definitely would like to try different menu items.

I make it a point every other week to come back here for the papas lokas. They are delicious and very substantial. Very clean and upbeat environment with great tunes playing. The staff was very friendly as well and accommodating of any menu questions.

My girlfriend and I tried this place today, we ordered 2 hotdogs ( $11.99 each hotdog!) even though the place was empty they took a very long time to bring the food, and then surprise! taste completely bland, food messy and horrible.
