Placed an order today, was waiting in my car over 15 minutes, decided to go into a packed pickup area. I was the only car in the curbside pickup when I went in, as I was standing there waiting to get someone’s attention, I noticed a young person with a conspicuity vest on and carrying a small bag towards the door, (I figured that might be my order) instead of walking out the door, he ducked into the bathroom, It was so crowded at the counter, I decided to go back to my car, low and behold here comes bathroom boy with my order! I sure hope he washed his hands before he picked up my bag with cold food!

It’s McDonald’s. There are always homeless people resting here and there. I don’t mind. I actually appreciate McDonald’s allowing them staying there, otherwise where can they go? McDonald’s is doing what I’m supposed to do. Thank you McDonald’s!

On 2-9-2024, Drive thru was exaggeratedly slow. I ordered through the McDonald’s app HOPING my order would be out quicker but I was wrong. When I arrived lobby was closed before 10pm (even though the app said it was available) and curbside was unavailable. So I got in line at 9:26 expecting to be out around 10-15 minutes tops with the way things looked but i got out at 10:10pm….I waited too long for something I could’ve received a long time ago inside or through curbside! My order wasn’t even large! Ordering on the app was POINTLESS.For a restaurant that always gets rid of their best food and sauce items the wait is NOT worth it! Grab in n out or a pizza instead!

Spent over 45 minutes in the drive thru, either tell cars in front to park elsewhere or give me some credit for the waste of time and gas. Being trapped in a drive thru is the worst!

Always what can be expected never to little or to much don't even have to think about how good or tasty the food is it's always the same so if you find yourself having to put something in your stomach but your really not hungry ...down a couple dbl cheese

Broken drive thru screen, Drive thru operator can't hear anything so you have to scream but still gets the order wrong, Huge line due to underage (she looked like she was 13 years old) drive thru operator repeating wrong order and not understanding anything. There are parking spots for drive thru patrons to park if the order does not come in time, I was asked to instead just park in front of the car after me to hold traffic.McDonald's has really gone downwards throughout the years without any hope..

Every time I asked for something there were not enough people in front. They would NOT take our order in person... told us we had to use the kiosk. Then forgot part of our order. They need more people in front as there were like twenty people there. The soda machine was turned off and had to wait for refills. There was no ketchup dispenser, napkins, straws etc. to grab easy. We spent thirty dollars on the happy meals and a filet of fish with one drink. Not worth it

They won’t sell the toy by itself for whatever stupid reason. I was really looking forward to getting a collectible. I think it’s pretty silly and ridiculous that they couldn’t just sell the toy by itself as I did not want any food. They lost money and a customer ?Kid-friendliness: Absolutely not kid friendly, your child would be forced to get a happy meal if they want a toy
