I bought a daily double yesterday. Friday afternoon, I was hungry, pretty much swallowed it. In the process I noticed a portion of the lettuce actually taste weird. Then I looked at the leftover lettuce in the wrap. I realized they already rotten. I had diarrhea last night.

I have to leave a review because this was the third time they either got my drive-thru order wrong or forgot to give me items ordered. Avoid the drive-thru during breakfast hours; the staff always seems short or understaffed.

I spend some time started my day at this particular mcdonald's. The service was excellent.The staff was outstanding and friendly karina what's hart warming with good hospitality, the geneman NU spent detailing and cleaning outside of entryway detailed and mopping dining room area restroom were pristine and spotless appreciate they're hard work being friendly and dedicated.

Went through drive through, as I pulled away was missing a small part of my order… yes that little carb delight… the hash brown. It was worth my time to go back inside, I was prepared to argue, show my receipt, convince them I didn’t shove it in my mouth, rush inside, dust off the crumbs and try for another. Trust me, it’s happened before I feel like I’m being interrogated. Shocking, they gave me the hash brown without arguing and my jaw hit the ground when they apologized. Actually said, “I’m sorry you had to come inside because we forgot it.” That has never happened. Then the manager gave me a coupon for a free desert. I came outside, stunned and just had to tell someone. If I called my wife, she would take my free dessert coupon; so I decided to write a review. Thank you!

Order had missing items- was directed to call Uber which- I had already done - since there was missing Items I was directed to call the McDonald’s store. I spoke to the manager which was useless as she directed me to call Uber. Bottom line cold food spilled coffee and missing items. Plus the Uber driver left on my porch even the the delivery instructions were clear- Hand to me - Handicapped
