I went to pick up an order in the morning at 10:00 am that my brother placed on the app. he had sent me the code and number for the order they told me no we don’t have it can you please call him for the order number so he can check in and it didn’t work the lady who helped me put the numbers in the Computer was rude and very disrespectful to me and my mom she told me control your mother or your band and completely ignored me didn’t even bother to help me or anything I was so upset and mad she was so rude to me so disrespectful mind you my mom doesn’t speak English very well at all and I’m trying to figure out why she told me that code wasn’t working at all when 10 minutes later another lady came and gave me my order when they said they didn’t have it at all it wasn’t in there System very disappointed never coming here again very rude and very unprofessional of service you lost a very good customer

This McDonalds always gets our orders wrong, and even if its just 2 big mac combo meals.. they make us park and wait 15+ minutes on weekends. By the time we get our food, it's soaked in grease through the bag, and cold. Better yet, on one occasion we waited for 35+ minutes and their employee came out and tried to give us someone else's order FOUR TIMES. The couple in the car next to us rolled down their window and told us they were having a similar experience (an employee kept trying to give them someone elses order) and complained about the quality going downhill here. One of us had to go in, where they gave us our cold food. Because of this, I reached out to McDonald's corporate, who profusely apologized and directed me to email the franchise manager. I sent 2 emails and the franchise owner never responded, even with my phone number included. I followed up with corporate and they apologized again as they said unfortunately, the franchise owner has to respond and make it right. I didn't even reach out for freebies or a refund, I just wanted someone to know how horrible the customer service has been and the food quality was. This owner clearly don't care about the quality of their service, or food quality. The only reason they got 2 stars is it usually is a clean location. Just a shame the owner does not care. Will be making the drive to another location for our cheat day meal. Added a photo for reference.

I have nothing but problems at this location. They have forgotten items on multiple occasions. The majority of the staff are very rude and will completely ignore you even though they will make eye contact with you.

This store automatically charges me 5 cents to 25 cents more claiming it's for the donation every time I go there, despite I never agreed to that.

I suspect they are doing this to every customer betting they won't care since it's just a few cents, then they would take all these pennies from the donation for themselves, knowing that when pennies add up, it can be a lot of money.

My mom recently passed away. When she was sick, she didn’t eat a lot of food. But one thing she did eat is the Deluxe Breakfast from this location. That Deluxe Breakfast was the last solid meal she ate before passing.

I just wanted to say Thank You for giving my mom something to look forward to.

The food is good, but every time we request something, like extra ketchup on my burger, they never do it. Plus, you have to constantly ask for condiments and napkins because they only give you like 2 at a time.

Rude staff. The 50-cent burger promotion is to get people to download your app. So don't be so rude when new users don't know when the app misfires and fails to process your order. And definitely don't snicker at the customer when they try to get it right. And maybe, just maybe, don't yell a sarcastic "Have a nice day" as they walk out the door. Won't be returning here any time soon...
