Nice Playplace, but otherwise this McDonald's is going downhill. There was slime hanging from the Dr Pepper nozzle, and flies around the drink station. Someone is going to get hurt badly on their terribly slippery tile outside when it's raining. The water puddles up and all they do is put out a couple of wet floor cones.Kid-friendliness: Nice large indoor Playplace for kids that are big enough to climb.

This location is terrible. I came here to buy Disney happy meal and the toy inside is NOT Disney toy. So I asked the staff about it and they said that I can come tomorrow to trade it with Disney toy. I came back the next day and they refused to trade it saying that they can't do it because it's a store policy. The staff is very rude as well. The good thing about this location, they have a big playground area.

Mc angry .. no more happy faces and high prices . The help hard workers Mc mistreated .. I can see how "they" the masters Have increased the prices for us the customers"punching bags ". For me not worth the effort no more Mc angry for me . Watch out! Mc Donald's on imperial and Kramer and Mc Donald's on imperial close to the Brea mall . enjoy a happy meal .

I come to this location often mainly because of its proximity and convenience. The staff lately are a bit more cheerful with the exception of current management. I definitely think there's something to learn from the newer employees. Additionally, I haven't had hot fries in awhile. Either the fries are room temperature or warm. However, the Apple pies are pretty consistent. Lastly, there have been quite a few times that there have been issues with the McDonald's app. The management usually advises to exit out of the rewards app and then click on the reward again for a new code. However, this isn't necessarily the best suggestion in my opinion because there's a 7 min wait time before being able to get a new code. This usually ends up in customers paying for their food as though they had no rewards app. It's a bit of a bummer not always being able to accrue points. I think rather than hoping the app will work, someone should definitely bring this concern up to a department that can resolve this issue. Being vocal not dismissive is the best way to advocate for customers!!

Customer ordered Sausage McMuffin without cheese. Customer received: Sausage McMuffin that was stale and already had a bite. (Whether it was a rat bite or human bite it was Wrong). Pay attention McDonalds staff members :today's mistake 10/25/2023 Handing out food to a paying customer that was clearly trash. Instead of arguing with the customer McDonald's staff should have returned the money for the entire meal and given fresh food. I appreciate the staff member who went out of her way to inform us that McDonald those serve stale food and yes this McDonald's 2505 E Imperial HwyBrea, CA 92821 has a rodent problem. Billion dollar corporation do retrain your staff. 40 + plus years in the business you say, well you sir have clearly lost sight of whats important. Take note for this location is dirty playground area has way to many flies which could only mean nobody cleans. Thank you McDonald's for proving customer serves is no longer a thing humans have forgotten "work ethic".

Ordered two medium combos and a happy meal. They happened to forget one order of fries AND our kids drink. The spread in my filet-o-fish also had 2 pieces of plastic in it. Had it been my two toddlers eating it, they would have either choked on it or swallowed it. I question the safety standards and carelessness of this location. Won't be returning with my family.

Not a McDonald's fan, but we came here with our toddler for their playground for the first time. Playground was fun, but the food poisoning that came afterwards was not.It was Sep 29, 2023 around 6:30pm (order #587). We had to wait half an hour for our food. When the food came, they were semi-cold, and couple hours later, everyone of us in the family had bouts of diarrhea. We had a busy day, and it was the ONLY meal/food we ate all day!Horrible experience.Kid-friendliness: Has indoor playground for 3+!
