Literally received my pizza 10 minutes ago. Whoever was in the kitchen on 11/18/25 near 5pm, you’re a ROCKSTAR PIZZA CHEF! Thank you

First time, last time?
I am from out of town and got a pizza and churros delivered to my hotel. I chose to do an online order. I put instructions in 2 fields for them to bring paper plates, napkins, parm and pepper flakes. I also had a sauce for the dessert. None of that was delivered for over a 50$ order. They use Door Dash as their delivery person so the pizza and desert arrived cold. I called and asked for a manager but no one was available. I was pleasant with the person I spoke with and asked that they do better. ln our conversation, I was informed they don’t have enough in-house staff to deliver their product. Beware of their service as it was quite disappointing! Regardless of who delivers the product, it’s their name on the box the overall experience reflects on that name. No accountability from them.

2 things to improve. Call me and let me know you’re out of sauce if it’s on the order. Inform your customers online that your delivery person may be a 3rd party. Had I known Door Dash was involved, or any 3rd party, I would not have ordered.

Bottom line, better communication and better service would have been appreciated.

It’s a shame because the “McKinley” pizza, although cold, was actually quite tasty and enjoyable! Same with the churros. Mountain Mikes missed an opportunity to deliver their best tonight and would have me as a loyal customer next time I’m in the area.

Maybe this could be avoided if you call in an order? I hope they do better for their local customers in the future.

We came here in between games during a soccer tournament. Elie and Ingrid we're great! Feed the whole team, food was great, dads had beers. Great service and good food!

This place was great. Friendly and accommodating. We came in with our kids soccer team they reserved and complimented 2 pizzas for the team. Great spot for large group.

$200 on pizza is crazy huh!? Well I ordered the extra large pizzas, two of them and a few boxes of wings but I never thought it would come up to almost $200. Anyways it did last us a family of six for the full day as the slices were thin but thick dough making it very feeling. The wings weren't anything special but I can appreciate the idea behind the flavors. Although to me they weren't cooked well it seemed like they were baked in the oven and taken out way too early so we had to air fry them at home cuz they just weren't done. So again $200 is a lot of money to have to take food home and cook it yourself.

A great little location for friends and family. Highly recommended, and if you sneak into their weekly lunch buffet, what a treat. It's like samples at Costco of the pizzas. Now, you're ready to order your favorite for a weekend. Ingrid & Rosita at Brea are awesome. Say hi to them when you're in, and they'll make sure you get what you want.

Wow! How did we just now find this great pizza and luncheon salad bar buffet, is nearly impossible to find a clean, fresh, and variety yummy salad bar, and the pizza is delicious!! I had The Mt. Everest, thin crust, perfection! Ingrid visit our table to make sure all was good, and Jessica was very attentive to keep the salad so full, fresh, and hot pizza at the buffet. We will be back!

Visited for the first time and had an absolutely amazing experience, all thanks to Ingrid! She was super friendly, answered all my questions, and made us feel welcome. The food was great, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Huge thanks to Ingrid for making our visit so special!

Wish I could say I had an experience other than a phone call. I’m calling to place an order on Father’s Day. I totally get it’s busy. No problem. So I waited patiently on hold when the person that answered can you hold. I waited 15min. I think that’s a reasonable amount of time to come back and say “hey sorry we are slammed can you hold longer” but no nothing. Tried to call back and no answer. What happened to good old work ethic? Not sure. So sad

First time here. Came for the lunch buffet special. Pizza was very dough-y, and every type we tried had little to no sauce on it. Flavorless. They have you use the same pizza and salad plates for return trips to the buffet. That is a health violation per my experience in F&B. New plates must be used with each trip to buffet. Restaurant had lots of dirty tables upon arriving. We had to bus our own table. Wasn't busy so no excuse fir not cleaning. There was a man there having lunch who smelled like he hadn't showered in a month. Why would staff allow this person to eat inside and make everyone else nauseous? Just gross.

Ingrid was extremely friendly and helpful. This pizza is the best I’ve had in Brea. I’ll definitely be back! :)

Great food, fun location for kids to play in the park.

My advice to management, please see your Phone provider. Sometimes it works sometimes there’s static the entire call. Online order always has glitches saying that I didn’t meet the minimum order when it’s over the delivery minimum.

Other than that the quality and interaction has been great
