My experience at Nekter today was the best I’ve had at any of the locations I’ve visited. The employee helped me right away as soon as I arrived. I had points for a free juice but couldn’t find the redemption code to use in store. He kindly explained that the promotion was for online orders only, then went above and beyond by taking care of my order while I placed it online. He genuinely wanted to help and made sure I left happy. Hands down the best Nekter experience I’ve had.

I placed an order my detox juice ahead of time, but no one from Nékter contacted me before the pickup date today. When I arrived at the store, I was told they couldn’t make my juice because they were out of the product. This was extremely frustrating—I had to come back from my vacation just to pick it up.
What’s worse is that they could have easily let me know in advance, even a week ago, that the item wasn’t available. A simple call or email would’ve saved me the trip and inconvenience. Poor communication and lack of customer care. Very disappointing experience.

I agree service was very unwelcoming. Tropical cooler Smoothie was super grainy and tasted alot like chlorine?. Turmeric shot that I was given was old and stuck to the bottom of the cup.
Service was very unwelcoming. Just awkward. I walked up to the counter and the woman just stood there. No hello, no how are you, I felt very ill-at-ease, like she'd rather I hadn't come in.
