Update: Now I feel rage and regret. The store reached out, issued a refund. And I do normally like this store. Maybe the previous review is for the company to implement a system so customers can't pay for an item and go pick it up unless it's confirmed that someone is in the store and can receive it. I'm disappointed. I ordered through the mobile app this morning... went to pick up my order just after 8am...store was CLOSED. Not sure how I was able to order and pay through the app when no one was even there! And to make matters worse, I tried canceling the order and the message through the app referred me back to the store. So I paid $18 with tip for my granola smoothie bowl to not have any options to cancel the order or get a refund. I ended up driving to the other Brea Nektar. They were open thankfully...and really nice. I submitted my refund request through the app. Wonder how long it will be before I get my money back. I think its a shame that I didn't even get an apology call.

I would appreciate if somebody (manager/owner) would please give me a voucher for two protein power bowls that I received half bowls, this is the Brea California location on imperial and Kramer

I. Love. This. Place. This particular juice bar is the best out of all of them. They have awesome staff, and a really terrific selection of beverages. My favorite drink here is the mango delight, but if I'm hungry, I will definitely get one of the bowls. They are super filling, and I never feel guilty after eating one, because they are packed with a bunch of fruits like açaí and granola. The prices are very reasonable given how many fresh ingredients they pack into each serving. I recently tried the bottled beverages to which are great to take home. If I had to pick one in particular, I would probably suggest the healing greens. I am a Yelp Elite, and I'm quite discriminating about what type of drinks I imbibe; this is one of my favorite spots, and I highly recommend it!

Service was pleasant but this nekter in particular continuously gets my order wrong. Once or twice or occasionally, is no big deal but it's fairly consistent. When asked this last time if protein power bowl still comes with peanut butter on top the young man working there assured me it doesn't come with it...I'm determined to like this location because it's so close to work. Would love to see improvement

Nekter is usually a good spot. This one seems to have cut some major corners. The flavor of the açaí is very bland. The texture was very runny. The fruit used wasn’t ripe. They also don’t accept Apple Pay which was odd.

The ambiance of the place is so inviting, with its vibrant colors and comfortable seating areas.Now, let's talk about the star of the show--the juices! Oh boy, they are absolutely amazing! The menu offers a wide variety of fresh, cold-pressed juices that are bursting with flavor and nutrients. I've tried several combinations, and each one has been a delightful treat for my taste buds. The ingredients are clearly top-notch, and you can taste the difference in every sip.

Sadly, this location is going down. I have worked around the corner from this Nekter for 7 years and was always pleased with the service and the level of urgency of getting drinks made. These days, my drink never ever tastes the same as the time before. Either too much peanut butter, not enough peanut butter, too milky, I pay extra for cacao nibs and don't get them etc. I also like to place my order ahead of time and it takes 45 minutes for it to be ready? Then when I ask the status of my drink, they seem irritated. Just wish this location would be more consistent, with the way they make their drinks and with their level of service. Kept it at 3 stars because this will just have to be where I keep going...

I came here at 10:30 and ordered 3 drinks. It took them 30 minutes! And they even forgot about one of the drinks, which I had reminded them about 2x. Ridiculous.
