The atmosphere was electric. The food fabulous. The service was excellent!! What a perfect place for a group party! Perfect for the holidays. I loved the fall decorations.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a place to have dinner for date night. We haven’t walked downtown brea in a while so this is the first time we saw this place and it looked kinda coo, they had live music. We waited at the door for few minutes but no one welcomed us so we figured it was a “seat yourself” thing, a sign would be helpful. We walked in and there was no one behind the bar and no waiter walking around. Since we weren’t approached to be serviced we ended up leaving. Sad I wish we could’ve tried it out. We ended going to the new Tempo across the street and it turned out great. The ambiance was amazing and the service was excellent. Every single person made us feel welcomed. I’m a firm believer that a place is only as good as its customer service.

Tried this place last night and absolutely loved the ambience! Very quaint, cozy, yet classy vibe with great wine menu and loved the charcuterie board. Would highly recommend, and def planning on going there again.

Nine Social is a new wine bar in downtown Brea. It is not just another wine bar. The decor and setting have many unique elements. According to Tom, the owner, they had 9 people contributed to the creation of this business. Tom is a serial entrepreneur with talent in business, art and technology. He is the guy playing the keyboard in my photos. When he was not playing the keyboard, he carried his dog and chatted with customers. The bar is his pet project. Kelly is the main server and bartender. She has a warm smile. I stopped by on a Friday evening. The music, drinks and the charcuterie board were fair. This is a place to relax and enjoy some wine or cocktail with friends. I will be back.
