I am a frequent Nordstrom shopper , I just left about 30 minutes ago and I had recently been hearing good things about the Ebar so i decided to give it a try today, there were two males working the cafe and it was quite busy so it was a quick transaction nothing major. However, shortly after I ordered my sandwich I heard people getting their orders who had ordered after me. I noticed a sandwich box had been sitting on the counter for a little while so i asked the barista (Tim) (who also took my order) if that was my sandwich , in which he just replied “Yea” so i said “oh because you didnt call it” he didnt respond and just turned around. I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it but I was the only order he did not call out loud. So me and my sister walked around to the other side of the cafe and saw him laughing and talking to his other male coworker under their breath. It did make us feel very uncomfortable because we were the only Hispanic customers. Not trying to accuse him of anything, just thought I’d say something because it made me and my sister very uncomfortable and upset.

We went last Sunday and ordered a breve latte. The girl taking my order didn’t even know how breve is made saying that I had to pay extra for the espresso ( I didn’t request extra shots) Breve drink already comes with espresso! It’s an espresso latte how does she not know that? To top it off the barista did a terrible job making the drink. There were even coffee grinds in the drink. Rude. Poor customer service. Come on, do a better a job. My husband had to go back to correct it. Unusual experience for the Ebar for us. We said next time we would just get it from Starbucks and we would know it would be made properly.

At the Nordstrom mall entrance. This Ebar is next to See's candies. We got the coffee from Ebar and the dark chocolate ftom See's candies; perfect combination. We tried the blueberry muffins and it’s the best. The regular and decaf coffees are sooooooo fresh and rich. The water 💧 is free for all 🙏🌹
