We have dined at this location several times on weekends. The staff are courteous and try to make the dining experience pleasant. They are understaffed and sometimes take a little longer.
The food is consistent, and a decent mid-range cuisine. Portions are a little smaller, due to shrink-flation.
In terms of theming, most of the Aussie style is gone. It just seems like an American diner. The other steakhouse we like to go is Black Angus. Their portions are a little bigger, and have similar dishes.

We went here and got the triple dipper like appetizer which was so good. Our server Carlos was also amazing and so attentive. He really goes above and beyond.

We came here to celebrate grandma's 75 birthday and we were so surprised. not only was the staff so helpful and acknowledgeable our water Andrew mason was amazing. it always fun to see staff helping. but what amazed us is that we saw the managers helping too the young asian manager was helping run food and was asking the staff and customers if everything was good. what made our night was when she asked if our water was going ok he said he's good and the did a high five as they passed by it was a fun thing to see and made the atmosphere even better. my hats off to the cooks we were not a small party and everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazingly.

Best experience ever. My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary lunch. Our server Caleb was great and suggested the mozzarella sticks which were delicious. We will be coming back.

Great Server Kaleb who was very attentive to our requests. The lunch menu was excellent. He provided outstanding service way above all others restaurant servers that I had experience. Prices are reasonable and competitive.

Service was polite and nice, just a bit slow but we were the only party sitting outside so maybe out of sight out of mind. The problem was the food. I'm not sure I have been to outback in the last 2 decades. Now I remember why. Steak, whole cooked perfectly medium, was hard, gritty, and dry. It LOOKED medium but it tasted like a well done steak. Weird right? And the salt level was off the charts. Maybe too much salt dried it out I don't know. The other problem was the baked potato. Usually a potato is soft, fluffy, and hot on the inside. This was either undercooked or way overcooked. Not sure. But usually when I smash my fork down into the potato it should be fluffy and scrape right off the skin, almost like mashed potato, if it's done nicely. This potato didn't do that. It came off clumpy. Couldn't smash it with my fork. Just bits and pieces. The best thing of the night was the onion blossom thing. That was tasty. Oh yeah. The shrimps. I got an add on of grilled shrimps. These were pretty small, and came on a piece of their free bread, which is a weird way to serve shrimps. Complete afterthought to be honest. Anyways. I feel like I've had better steaks, shrimps and potato at sizzler for the same price.

For the second time in to Friday nights we arrived early and they were sold out of prime rib. I thought I'd tell the manager incase the waitresses are not letting him know. I spoke with Troy who told me go elsewhere. I think he is porely trained . 😒
