Long wait in drive thru. One car ahead when I joined line. It took 35 minutes before I picked up my online order. They should have had the person park. There were two cars behind me at the time or I would have just tried to back out of line.
Best experience I had at a Panera. Ordered a sandwich, didn’t realize it was cold. Asked for the microwave, and Rayan offered to toast it.
Minutes later he presents it newly wrapped like brand new sandwich. The little things matter.
