Horrible service ! On person was in front of me to pay for his order , I had to wait over 10 minutes because the guy on the cash register is extremely slow . And when the girl comes to help me and I told her how slow they were , she had no reaction . I told her the least you can say is sorry , AGAIN she had no reaction ! What's wrong with these people
So the manager replied back to contact her in person to give the business another chance and told who I am she replied OK and left !!! Hahahahah she definitely lack the customer service skills .

I ordered 2 large mocha frappes. When the guy handed them to me, they were only 2/3 full. I told the guy, look, this is not even full at all. He goes, I'm sorry, that's just how it is and our manager changed the recipe. He didn't want to make it right either. I didn't budge. I told him no, this is wrong. I've gotten these 3 times before, and it's always been full. I should have taken a picture but I didn't get the chance to since he grabbed the drinks. He made some more and just added some to the drinks. Definitely, not coming back here. The taste wasn't even good either. What a waste of money.

Paris Baguette has always been my favorite pastry shop, and the location on Imperial Highway is the most convenient for me. However, I’m now considering switching to a different store because of an issue with a newly hired cashier—I believe his name is Eric.
Since he started working here, my shopping experience has become uncomfortable due to his unpleasant attitude and concerning hygiene practices. He never wears gloves and frequently touches the inside of the packaging bag with his bare hands. Additionally, his overall appearance—both his uniform and personal hygiene—makes me feel that he doesn’t take cleanliness seriously.
What upset me the most happened today when he accidentally dropped my pastry on the counter and still attempted to pack it as if nothing happened. I had to stop him and insist on choosing another one. While he did let me pick a replacement, I now worry whether he put the dropped pastry back on the shelf after I left.
Because of these ongoing concerns, I no longer feel comfortable purchasing pastries from this location. I hope management takes hygiene and customer service more seriously to ensure a better experience for everyone.

This location provided exceptionally poor customer service. After purchasing a sandwich, I became ill and vomited shortly after eating it. I requested a refund, even a partial one; however, the manager or owner refused my request. I returned half of the sandwich, but it was accepted without any acknowledgment or explanation.

Very nice place to get baked goods and cakes. The baked goods were delicious they had a great donut and croissant selection. The cake was good and looks great just wasn’t the best as far as flavor goes. The service here was good very friendly and helpful staff. I really liked this place. They do discounted baked goods at the end of the night so come in if you want to grab some of the baked goods that are left at the end of the day for a great price. I’d recommend coming here.

The staff were rude and have on numerous occasions, made transactional mistakes and act like they are the one inconvenienced. Please do not go to this location. There are better Paris baguette locations near with better quality control and nice staff.

Chocolate chiffon and blueberry cakes are just amazing. Also loved theirs bean buns anc butter buns. Tried most of their products . This location is so cool they are open until 11:00 pm. They were also open on Christmas Day, NYE They have quality products.
The service is horrible. They treat their customers like we are bothering them when we asked them questions or ask for their help. I will never return to this place.

I come here often for the packaged roll cakes they have here & their bread. Love those, never had a problem. However, 2 days ago, I decided to buy 3 of their “daily prepared” sandwiches for the first time for myself & coworkers for our lunch. I picked the Turkey Avocado Sandwich, which I was really looking forward to. The first bite was good, but the second bite contained an oddly shaped piece of hard plastic!! What a shame on the quality control, especially for the price. I didn’t break or chip any teeth, nor did I suffer any lacerations so I’m not suing them lol, but I’ll take my business elsewhere & stay away from any prepackaged sandwiches. At least my coworkers enjoyed theirs though!

I work nearby and I enjoyed coming here for pastries and coffee until today. I came in today to redeem my points from their mobile app ($1=1 point). I had 126 points so I had spent $126 of my hard earned money to support this business. I redeemed 75 to claim a medium iced coffee. The lady at the register helped me and she is always kind and helpful. However as she was about to prepare my drink the franchise owner rushed in and said it was only valid with a purchase which was untrue and made a big deal about it. I was shocked of her greed and ignorance. I will not return and support this location anymore.
