This place was a go to for me when I lived in the area. These are absolutely the best breakfast burritos I have ever had!! Absolutely enormous!! Can get them any time the restaurant is open, and I could not recommend them more highly. Another item if you are looking for something a little lighter is the carne asada tostada salad. The food here is beyond excellent.
Can't beat this hole in the wall staple of the brea community. I've been coming here for the breakfast burritos for about 20 years, and it's still on point every time I pop by regardless of how long it's been. Recently, my folks have started coming around to discover the delicious gem that is Pepe's fine Mexican food, and as a result we've expanded our regular consumption habits to include the special quesadillas with shredded beef, highly recommend!...
I was in the area and just searched for breakfast near me and this place popped up. So glad it did. We got the machaca and chile relleno burritos and they were amazing. The portions were huge! The green sauce was also delicious, pretty spicy but in the best way. Definitely hitting this spot again next time I’m in Brea.
