My husband arrived to the store at 7:05pm (25 minutes prior to closing) on 7/6. He tried to order a bowl. He was informed he could not because they staff disassembled the equipment earlier in preparation for closing. You would think the staff would begin closing procedures AFTER the store has closed. He left empty handed. The male staff associate was very rude and had no interest in serving customers as he was rushing to close the store to leave. Horrible experience.

It’s one of my favorite breakfast to get a few times a week before work. Açaí bowl, strawberries, bananas and I add blueberries. Fills me up all day. The People are so nice as well. Can’t wait to go again! 🍓🫐🍌

This place is definitely needed before gym time by providing protein and healthy juices/smoothies to your body. Give me so much energy with their sports vibe! Come with me!!I picked:1. Champion - protein shake2. Warrior - signature shake3. Detoxifier - cucumber, apple, kale, lemon, ginger - fresh pressed juice
Literally I come here every weekend. Today I get here at 6:55am. Counter lady rudely says "we don't open til 7." So I am waiting outside until 7 to order. Next time....keep the doors locked to save the confusion or take my order a few minutes early and wait til 7 to make it...no need for 'tude so early in the morning.

Terrible service!! UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!At 6:00, my girlfriend and I decided we wanted to enjoy a delicious bowl. I love açaí bowls and I’ve gone to many acaí shops all over OC and LA county. I wanted to try a new location and I saw this place in brea. I walked in and the girl in the front had an aggressive approach. There was man and a girl in front of us looking at the menu trying to figure out what they want. The girl on the front looked irritated and wanted them to order quickly which I don’t understand why there wasn’t many people in there it was almost empty inside. Once my girlfriend and I ordered I tried getting half açaí and half pitaya, she clearly said I couldn’t do half and half which is the first time I’ve ever seen an açaí place say that, but I understand no big deal. We ended up ordering two açaí bowls.She never asked if we wanted any additional toppings or or if we had any questions from the menu since we couldn’t build our own bowl. My gf and I wanted coconut shavings as well as almond butter. After charging us I asked her what about additional toppings?? I wanted almond butter and coconut shavings. She can’t read minds!! What makes her think we don’t want any additional toppings and just pass us through in a rush, I don’t know why? But overall service is trash! HALFA**work!I’m paying for my expectations and orders not to be built the way we want it. What’s the point of having a menu with toppings??I don’t recommend this place. Could’ve been a lot better with excellent customer service.
