First of all the staff was amazing! From the moment we walked in we felt welcome and engaged. They were joyful in their work and that is so important these days.
Secondly the coffee is perfection! We travel a lot, prefer to support local, and have found many places have very bad coffee. I usually ask a few questions before ordering and then get an Americano if it seems potentially bad. Here, we were given a taster! That's the way to do business folks!
We will definitely return when in Brea again.

What a great spot. The coffee at Reborn is at the top of my list in Orange County. The coffee is artfully roasted to perfection. Lots of complex flavor and nuance. Great pastry selection also. Service is always friendly! Quiet indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy your beverage.
Such a relaxing and modern coffee spot. The cold brew here is incredibly smooth, and the staff is always welcoming. I love the minimalistic design and clean tables — it feels like a good space to think or get work done. Their vanilla latte is my go-to. Definitely my favorite stop before work.

Second reborn I've been to. Obsessed with finding coffee shops that use Slayers since I've had my best espresso from a slayer. Friendly staff, great vibe, but bad pulls. Thought it was a fluke at the first reborn, but 2 different locations with bad pulls from a slayer? Starbucks quality, over extracted, bitterness. At least there was a side of sparkling to wash away the bitterness.

This coffee shop is absolutely fantastic. The staff here are friendly, thoughtful, excellent, and skilled. The coffee tastes perfect, is organic and ethically sourced. Highly recommend!
The first thing I want to point out is that sometimes the baristas will take too long chit-chatting one of the customers. They will see me (or one of my co-workers) walk in and continue to chit-chat with the customer at the register. It makes me feel disregarded. I work in customer service and when I see someone else I need to take to care of, that is my priority. And that should be the priority anywhere. Otherwise, GREAT COFFEE GREAT MATCHA and great atmosphere. Just kinda sucks that I work in this shopping center, and I don’t have all the time in the world like the pilates girls who wanna chat up the baristas. Im on a time crunch. Please train and fix this because you never know who is walking into your business. This has already happened twice this week to me and some co-workers. Edit: changed from 4 to 3 stars because it really upset me. And it makes me uncomfortable to walk in there. I won’t be returning. I don’t like being disregarded in that way because it’s just so rude.

I like the quiet atmosphere and enough tables and seats that make this place good for working or just spending some quiet coffee time. They have a few unusual matcha flavors - mango matcha, blueberry matcha, pistachio mint matcha. And you can also buy specialty coffees (like strawberry, grape, passion fruit light-medium roast) for home.

I had ordered the cold brew. It had a nice nutty profile, and was not as acidic as some cold brews. There is inside and outside seating. Inside was a little noisy for my liking, the music was on a higher volume. I sat outside, where there are high tops and also deeper chairs with what looked like comfy cushions.

The coffee was cold and Hearn asked for a replacement I got a very hot full to the rim cup which I didn’t like. I ordered this croissant/ muffin thingy which you can’t figure out how to eat it because it is very stuffed with the sauce and hard to carry and enjoy.
