They are understaffed. Fry refills used to be the highlight of this place but the portions have gotten smaller and less frequent. Not worth the $18-20 for a burger.

Good experience overall. Party of four on a Saturday night (7ish pm).

Wait time was about 30 minutes. Here is where the hiccup happened: One of the hosts wrote our name down on her iPad. But, then people started skipping us, so we asked (nicely). The hosts said “Oh, your party’s name was written on a different iPad.” What is happening? Lol.

I was not very pleased with that answer, no apologies either.

Our waiter on the other hand, super kind, super friendly, very professional and polite. Excellent service on that front.

I ordered the new coconut & coke drink… soooo goooood!

Don’t know if I’ll come back, specially when is so far away from us.

My wife ordered a chicken salad and the chicken was not cooked completely. Server didnt come back to check if everything was okay after she pushed everything around on her plate. He came back and complained about her salad and his comment was thats the way we do it amd left.

Great Red Robin menu and terrific service. Parking is a little difficult since it's located at the Brea Mall, but there's an outside entrance that's easy to spot.

Red Robin is by far our favorite place for family dining. We love the variety of burgers, the bottomless refills, the friendly service, and, last but not least, the reasonable check. When you combine all of those factors, you get great food at a great price, all served with excellent hospitality.

My name is Daniel Suzuki. I want to personally thank the Red Robin Company and more specifically our restaurant in Brea, Ca. for the free Veterans Day meal that I receive each year. I am a twenty-two year veteran of the United States Air Force and a proud Vietnam Veteran. It means a lot to me to be thanked and honored for my service. Life is bit difficult today because I’m 100% disabled, but your generosity and thanks makes me happy. It wasn’t always that way during my Vietnam days and thereafter. We were thought of poorly and treated unfairly. That’s why today I am so thankful for the way the American public has treated the military. My family immigrated from Japan and I’m proud to say we are three generations in the US military. My father was in the Army during WW2, me in Air Force and now my daughter also in the Air Force. So we were sat in the bar area on a Sunday for a small group of US. Seemed like there could have been a staffing issue as bartender came out to take our order and do our refills of sides and drinks etc He didn't seem like a happy camper about it. Granted I do drink a lot of liquid and eat a lot of sides but did not assume that should be a problem as it is never a problem with any other Red Robin. Maybe we caught our server slash bartender on a bad day or he was overworked not sure but felt a little uncomfortable asking for more sides and more liquids. We did get our food and was able to ask another server for refill on certain things which helped to alleviate the bartender a little more. The food was great especially the broccoli the fries the cheeseburgers were really good as well. Everybody at our table was happy with the food quality. The service issue would be the only thing I would have concern about but like I said maybe it was a staffing issue or we caught this person on a bad day or a combination of both.

It's a crime to have a simple lunch for 2 and for 2 hamburgers and drinks its cost $58. No wonder there was hardly anyone eating. It's just not worth it.
