Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Nice bait and switch price. They were severly understaffed for a saturday which resulted in slow and absent service. I asked for a single fries refill and never got it. Never had my water refilled. I was finally given napkins when I was almost done with my food. Just go to Bj's or Chili's for a burger deal.

It’s been years since I’ve been here. No reason for it, I just cook more often.
Before I came today I checked Yelp reviews and was disappointed but I had a craving for Red Robin. lol.
Ordered Bacon Cheeseburger and it was excellent. Juicy, seasoned well and bread was toasted perfectly.
Dakota was my server and was a pleasant, professional and very attentive server! Made my experience at RR top notch. He really paid attention to details. Brought out a few extra sauces that complimented my burger and fries.
Definitely coming back!

A couple friends and I came in the other day and our server Abby was amazing and very attentive the entire time. The food was very good and there were a couple loud families due to a game on but overall it was a great experience

Had the wings/for 1.50 and had the sweet potato fries. I do feel they need something in between the tables for noise level, and privacy at each of the tables. Aka: loud talker, kids having a moment, Wings were great, the staff is Fantastic!
Needs outside directions to the location as this place sits back from the main mall road.

Annabel was amazing! She was busy but didn’t make it seem like she was and made every guest feel special. She was extremely attentive and friendly. I would come back to be served by Annabel again. The food was also delicious!
