Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Would I come back? No, but that's my personal preference.

Hear ye hear ye!! Twas a delicious experience!!! We came here after a delicious potato taco dinner. Me and my friend collectively got the peanut butter mudslide. And when I tell you they mean peanut butter...they mean peanut butter. It was creamy and delicious and the price was pretty decent for it. Excellent dessert choices. We shall be back in due time! Today was very busy and even then the workers provided great customer service with the never ending line . Great flavors .

Everything is always fresh and delicious. Madison is always happy and helpful. She is detailed and gets our orders corrrect every time. She’s always happy to ask questions. The staff here is always friendly as well. The place is VERY CLEAN which is a plus. My kids and I love coming here. Worth every penny!!

This was my first time trying ritas italian ice and i will NOT be returning after finding a BROWNBANDED COCKROACH in my cup
SO DISAPPOINTED.

The staff were great and the service was great. I was disappointed that the flavors posted on the electronic board were not correct. The server notified is of the discrepancy as we stepped up to order so we were scrambling to make new choices.
I did enjoy the custard and Italian ice flavors I did sample and will be back for more.

A little bit of a PSA. Wifey and I seem to visit on the hottest of days and to say the least we are not the only ones. So here’s what we learned. A Gelati = combination of Ice and Soft Serve Custard. You can order an Ice alone. You can order hand scooped custard in a cup. So when you want a Gelati think combination of Ice Flavor and Soft Serve flavor. Hand scooped custard is not a typical option to top an ice. You can ask for it but there is an up charge of approx $2.50. Imagine learning this while at the counter and people behind on a hot day. Everyone was chill nobody got mad and the staff was super super friendly and patient. Truly a happy place with goodness to enjoy. Thanks Rita’s

The store is not organized properly. There are so many customers queuing up. There is only one person making ice cream in the entire store. The waiting time is very long.

I used to go to the Rita’s in Norco yeeeaaars ago before they closed. We were so happy to find this location. Never disappoints! The strawberry gelato topped vanilla will always be my go-to.

Coming from Michigan Frozen Custard was what I grew up with, it was my ice cream. When I moved to Ca I missed it so much until I accidentally found Rita’s. The staff is great and the frozen custard is wonderful. We go about once a week.

Really great customer service and delicious quality. I highly recommend the spot. The young ladies working hard and the place is clean and on point.

Service was great, but there was a rush and only one heroic person working (at like 2pm on Tuesday, June 10, 2025). The line Still went fast, but she deserves both some help and a Raise!
