Ice cream is always delicious. Been eating there for years. I was introduced to Rita’s ice cream parlor when I went back Houston Pennsylvania and my husband introduced me to. It had no idea it existed here on the West Coast up until I went to the East Coast.

I was there for the first day of spring and I received my free sample and purchased the custard. Not many flavors were available.
Rita's is literally the best place if you go there I recommend getting the hand scooped spumoni with the hand scooped Cookie Monster that's two scoops in a large cup then add chocolate chips and pie crust chips!!!! Add cherries if u want the full spumoni experience while skipping the cookie

I am sad to day that I was pretty disappointed in the service, food, and atmosphere. I've been to the Murrieta Rita's- 5☆s compared to here. I thought because of the location, it would be amazing. But there weren't many choices, customer service was sluggish (we were the only customers in sight and ordered a small to share.) We honestly should have left, but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I'd rather have saved the calories and put the $5.89 in my tank. ⛽️ It was an experience though, just would recommend investing in improving these qualities.

I love Italian Ice and made a trip out here just for this and to meet my friend in the area.There was plenty of parking when we arrived around 5 PM and only one customer sitting inside. The staff explained to us that all of the flavors were made in the store and there weren't any secret menu items. They don't gatekeep great things. Samples are offered, if you're caught frozen in deciding. I went with the Hot Coco and Peach Gelati.Italian Ice brings back memories of my college days in Riverside eating at Frostbites. The softness of the ice is a joyful sensation. The only thing that was different from my memories is the gelati. The consistency and taste is like thick whipped cream. I prefer a silkier gelati, but overall this dessert satisfied my craving.

I've heard so much about Rita's over the years and there always seems to be a large crowd outside. I knew I had to finally try it. I went in thinking they only had shaved ice but was surprised to find out that they also had custard and soft serve. The worker was kind enough to suggest that I try the shaved ice mixed with the custard. I was a little apprehensive at first but I'm so glad that I tried it out because it was so yummy! I got the blue raspberry shaved ice and had the plain vanilla custard soft serve halfway and on top. This was the perfect way to eat it. I got the medium size and couldn't even finish it. A little goes a long way here. As I mentioned, they're usually pretty packed. However there's enough staff to make sure the line is tended to quickly. We were in and out within 10 minutes. The workers are very helpful when it comes to suggestions and are even willing to let you sample the flavors. The lady ahead of me sampled about 10 different flavors and they were so patient with her. They have a huge parking lot so there's plenty of parking. There's not a lot of seating inside but there's plenty of room in the patio. If you're coming during the cold weather be sure to bundle up. I'll definitely be back here soon!

Got here 7PM on a Saturday, and there were a couple of people in line. Plenty of parking in the lot. I ordered a small gelati with the guava italian ice and vanilla custard. At the counter you're also able to sample different flavors. The small size was plenty for one person, and the ratio of Italian ice and custard was great. Italian ice was smooth and refreshing and the vanilla custard was creamy and not cloyingly sweet. Definitely fulfills the craving for Italian ice. Some seating indoors is available, the space is very clean.

We came to get some Italian ice, we wanted the Dr, pepper Ice unfortunately they don't have that, so we ask for some from ice machine. The machine was broken. One of the worst experience we ever had! So I order something, the Italian ice wasn't good at all. I don't recommend this place to anyone! Joe's Italian ice is way better 100%

Well done! I love it! The ice cream is so good, the store is so clean, and not packed, got some people come for to go, my kid really likes it here! The Frozen Hot Cocoa is top notch! I must say the chocolate chip cookie is 5 star! The festive of sweetness but adequate sweetness! It's not deadly sweet! My kid doesn't like toppings on the ice cream and fuzzy when it comes to flavor, but this one she's dancing while eating the ice cream! Got music going on but it's not loud at all, it's calm! Be sure to tip the staff! It's a gem and the service is best!
